Taehyung was expecting a lot of things when he finally agreed to follow aera outside certainly not this and yes he was expecting a lot

"Wait let me get this straight. You want me to talk to Jungkook to accept to meet your father and also accept the mayor's project so you can gain favor with your father and reward from the mayor?"

"That's exactly what you're saying"

The Alpha nods 

Taehyung folds his hands on his chest

"Can you give me just one reason why I should care about anything you just said and why would you even come to me?"

"You're the reason I got thrown in a police cell, why In the goddess name  will I want to help you. You're out of your mind" Taehyung added with a chuckle 

"Look you will gain from this, one way or the other my father has been chasing this for almost 2 years now " The alpha says brows pinched together clearing getting irritated.

"Half brother " Taehyung corrected heading back inside with an eye roll, the audacity of that bastard even coming to him.

He sighs sitting back down on his seat, he has just ten minutes more for his break to be over. Taehyung let his mind go back to what happened yesterday. Visiting the old's people's home really changed everything for him.

Yes Jungkook has gone has far as paying for jeong's eye surgery which is going to be carried out in a week abroad.

 Taehyung had gone to visit her and soo yesterday only to find out more about the person who paid for Jeong's treatement and also donated a lot of money to the establishment.

All he did was just casually talk to Jungkook about it once, he was so sure jungkook wasn't even paying much attention when he was talking about it.

Yes I have been receiving treatment for weeks now,  the doctor comes around but the main surgery is scheduled in a week"

Jeong immediately went down on her knees crying and Taehyung knows they are tears of joy. This woman wanted this so much, Taehyung had written a lot of letters to big politicians in the this town including the mayor begging for help

Jungkook has had a rough couple of weeks, the work he has missed keeps him occupied but not enough to to stop his mind from straying to a certain boy somewhere with his heart in his hand.

He's thought about calling or even texting but he had to hold himself back. He wants Taehyung so much but he needs Taehyung to want to be with him desperately the way jungkook feels.

He knows the boy loves him, Jungkook knows, still he knows sometimes love is not enough.

All he's asking for is a chance, a chance to spoil Taehyung, a chance to gain his trust, a chance to give Taehyung the world, a chance to show him the world, a chance to make him the happiest omega on earth.

"How are you?" Jungkook glance at his office door to see Namjoon

"Fine, how's Hoseok settling?" Jungkook asked squeezing his fingers that was on top of his laptop. He hasn't seen hoseok since the male moved to Seoul and started working in his company. His company is so big, he could be here for years and jungkook won't see him if he doesn't want to, that's the reason why private elevator was build in

" He's doing just fine, it will take time but he'll be fine"

"Anytime man. Do you want to go through the projects"

"The development ones?"

"We all know those mayors just want an avenue to embezzle more money. Look I have a lot on my mind right now. Those proposals can wait."

"Ok ok, so still on for tonight?"

Jungkook wants to say no, he really just prefers being alone and swimming in his thoughts in his quiet room after work these days but he knows he can't dodge today's outing,Jin has been pleading for days

In the end jungkook walked into the bar that Jin had chosen for their hangout to a very shocking sight of someone he never thought of seeing in Seoul at least not in the midst of his friends

Taehyung walks back home with a lot on his mind, he's made up his mind, he's going to talk to his father about it. It was late already, he had spend so much time with his friends at the old's people's home. He needs to take a long shower. His mind run through calling jungkook  but he remembers the space thing exists. 

As he got closer to his house he noticed the car parked outside of their house.

He paused, mind quickly running through the possibility of it being Jungkook but no Taehyung has seen this car a lot it certainly doesn't belong to Jungkook.

Besides he knows jungkook will respect the space he asked for till the very end

He opens the door to his house.

Taehyung stood at the door eyes on the people watching him like they've all been sitting there just waiting for him to come back
