It was a lovely summer morning, Y/n and Lime Cookie were at the beach, just eating some water melons. Until she decided she wanted a volleyball match with them. She was feeling a bit competitive.
"Y/n! Come on, the day isn't getting any younger!!" Lime Cookie exclaimed, holding her ball up in slight annoyance since they weren't hurrying up.
"Alright, alright, let me just put this away!" Y/n replied, putting their book/phone away into their bag and joined Lime Cookie on the sandy court.
Lime Cookie then did the honors and served the ball, punting it up and flying to Y/n who retaliated by hitting the ball back to Lime. They continued to play for an entire hour, taking a few breaks in between and enjoyed the left over watermelon again.
"We should come back tomorrow." Y/n said to themself as they looked up at the sky. It was still a baby blue hue with small hints of navy blue. Lime Cookie nodded in agreement.
"It's fun being out here with you." She said bluntly, taking a bite from her watermelon.
"You can say that again.." Y/n said fondly, looking down at their own half eaten watermelon.
