Narrator pov

Taylor and travis knew from Lexie that Wyatt's diet is affecting Lexie's state of mind negatively. They also knew that the girl's relationship her parents is really strained and borderline toxic. Because of those factors, Taylor decided to ask if the girl can move in with her.

"Hey guys" said Taylor on the phone with Wyatt and Beatrice.

"Hey Taylor, what's going on" responded Wyatt, surprised that he received a call from the woman.

"You know how Alexa has been staying with me for the last two days?"

"She has?" Beatrice asked.

"Yes, we had a sleepover two days ago and she said that you guys won't mind if she stayed here for today too" the singer replied.

"We don't mind, we're just surprised. I'm sorry if she bothered you" Beatrice said.

"No, it's not that. i'm actually calling to ask if she could move in with me"

"Are you sure about that?" Wyatt asked

"Yeah! I love having her around and this way both her and Robert will have their own space."

"Having a teenager in the house can be a lot sometimes, are you REALLY prepared for that?"

"Yes, i'm aware of that, but me and Lexie have a good relationship and there's enough room in my house for her to have her own bedroom and workspace." Taylor replied, confidently.

"If that's what she wants then we're okay with it. You just gotta move her stuff then, we'll tell robert" Wyatt said.

"Thank you, we'll probably pick her stuff up in an hour or so." Taylor responded.

They all said bye and hung up, and Taylor hugged Travis who was sitting on the couch, waiting for the news.

"They agreed!" the singer said happily as she hugged her boyfriend.

"That's perfect baby, do you want me to come with you to tell Lex?" the man asked.

"Yes, of course" the blonde responded.

They waled to lexies room and knocked on the door.

"Come in" said the girl who was sitting on the floor with her back leaning against her bed.

"Why are you on the floor?" Taylor asked while her and travis stifled their laughter.

"Being on the bed during the day is weird for me. I've spent the last few years sitting on a kitchen chair until i was going to sleep so i'm used to harder surfaces" Lexie stated as she shrugged but also laughed.

"I know we didn't consult you about this, but i talked to your parents and they agreed, so would you like to move in with me?" the singer asked.

"WHAT" the girl said as her jaw dropped and eyes went wide.

"Yeah, of course we'll move between the houses but you would be permanently living with me." Taylor said.

"And me" Travis added.

The girl stood up and lunged at the couple for a hug. Thankfully Travis caught most of the impact because Taylor was on the verge of falling over.

"Wow kiddo you're pretty strong" the man said as he started to laugh.

"How did you not even stumble" Taylor asked her boyfriend while also laughing

"I'm just good at my job" he said, laughing even harder while he held both girls tightly.

"Thank you so much guys, you don't even know how much this means to me." Lexie mumbled into the hug.

"Of course buddy, we love having you around." Travis said.

"Now come on, let's go get your stuff from the apartment" Taylor said after they all pulled away from the hug.

"I still can't get over the fact that you fit all your stuff into one large suitcase." taylor said as they entered her house. They decided to move here for a while, because the location is more convenient for the couple and Alexa didn't mind.

"Same goes for me buddy, i really don't know how you fit all of your stuff in one suitcase" Travis added.

"I have everything i need, i never really had space for extra things, so i have the few sets of clothes that i own, my laptop, chargers, bathroom stuff and a few small extra items that i liked. What else would i pack?" Lexie responded while laughing quietly.

"We have to get you more clothes and decorate your room! The space is not a problem so we can go all out, because you have a walk-in closet and this suitcase won't even fill a dresser!" Taylor said.

"That's really not necessary guys, i really have everything i need." the girl said, not wanting to burden the couple anymore than she already has.

"That's not up to discussion buddy, we want you to have more stuff" Travis stated.

Taylor showed Lexie which room is now officially hers at this house and helped the girl unpack, while travis retrieved the cats from his house. He already had all the stuff he needed at Taylor's house because they switch between the houses every once in a while.
