Rosemary at the nurse station listening to Bailey and Richard. Lexi was standing beside her. George and Alex was also standing around them.

"At the moment, no surgery's been scheduled, so we need to focus on keeping him stable and comfortable," Bailey told them.

"Anything he wants. He wants a steak, kill a cow"

"Karev, beside P.F.T.s and A.B.G. Shepherd, run a central line--" Bailey said and pulled out her pager since it was going off. "sorry. Ahh... damn daycare center pages me every time he gets a funny nose"

"O'Malley, go find out what they want. I need Bailey focused on Tapley" Richard told George.

"Go to the daycare center?" George said and started to walk away.

"Quickly," Richard told him.

"Right man for the job," Alex said and then started to walk away.

Rosemary then walked closer to the nurse's station. "Grey, Tapley needs a central line. Do it"

Lexi looked at her confused. "I don't understand"

Rosemary sighs and turns to look at her. "Take a needle, jab it into his Subclavian so he can receive medicine and not croak-- a central line," she said and started to walk away.

"But I-- well, I've-- I've never done one. Dr. Shepherd" Lexi called after. But when Rosemary didn't turn around Lexi let out a sigh and ran a hand down her face.

Rosemary sitting in a chair at the nurse's station poking paper clips into a cup.

"Yay! Yay for Georgie! Georgie saves the day" Rosemary said not looking to to him.

"I give you Tapley, and you pass it over to your intern? Who is also your girlfriend? What the hell is wrong with you?"

Rosemary rolled her eyes a little. "Do you think if you, um, kiss the chief's ass enough by taking care of Tapley, something magical's gonna happen? Like what, you'll earn your magical resident wings? Oh, well, no. No. It's not gonna happen, George. You're stuck. You are where you are. So no wings for Georgie"

George grabbed what he needed and walked into the room. Lexi looked at Rosemary for a few seconds and then followed George into the room. But later Lexi was gonna see what was up with Rosemary because she is never like this.

Rosemary was sitting at a lunch table with Meredith and Cristina.

"You're not even gonna watch the Walter Tapley surgery?" Meredith asked looking over at Rosemary.

Rosemary shook her head while sipping on her drink. "I don't want five minutes with Walter Tapley. Because five minutes with Tapley is a slap in the face. It's kinda like giving an alcoholic a sip of wine"

"Lexi's coming over. Let's try to keep the carnage to a minimum"

"Hey. Um, can I talk to you about something?" Lexi asked slightly tilting her head towards Rosemary.

"Maybe some other time"

Lexi then looks away for a moment and then back to Meredith. "Uh, but--"

Cristina then leaned towards the table and looked over to Lexi. "Look, you know, she hates you. Okay? She's not gonna say it to your face 'cause she's too polite, but she thinks you're annoying and you showing up here like the good little girl daddy didn't abandon is, like, the worst thing that's happened to her in months. And that's saying a lot coming from Meredith Grey"

Lexi looked at all the them and then shook her head and walked away.

Rosemary then looked over at Cristina and glared at her. "Did you have to be such a bitch. No, she didn't deserve it" she said and got up and walked away with a shake of her head.

Rosemary was sitting on the floor in a hallway charting when Lexi walked by but then stopped and turned to face her.

"Are you okay?" Lexi asked stopping in front of her.

Rosemary looked up at her to take a glance at her. "Don't ask me if I'm okay"

Lexi sighs and moves to sit beside of her. "Okay. But just so you know I am here if you need someone to talk to"

Rosemary looked over at her and nodded. "Yeah, I know, and if you need to talk to someone I'm here also"

Lexi smiled. "So, I didn't do anything to upset you did i?"

"No, you didn't just family stuff"

"Well is there anything I can do to help?" Lexi asked placing her head on her shoulder.

"No. And I'm sorry about how I treated you earlier"

Lexi then grabbed her hand and interlocked their fingers. "It's fine I forgive you"

"You know shouldn't always forgive people so easily, some people don't deserve it"

Lexi sighs. "Yeah, I know but that's just how and who I am"

"I know," Rosemary said and kissed her head. "Well, let's get off the floor it's starting to get uncomfortable"

Lexi blushed a little when Rosemary kissed her head but nodded and stood up. Rosemary grabbed all of her charting papers and stood up.
