Rosemary was in the ER, getting ready for all the trauma's and the patients that were coming in.

"David Simon's, 22. He was in the Driver's seat. His car got crushed by a semi. Truck blew a tire. And jackknifed across four lanes of traffic"

"Okay, take him to Bay one until we get a trauma room ready" Callie told the paramedics.

"What are the injuries?" Rosemary asked walking up the paramedics with David on the gurney.

"He sustained chest contusions. Otherwise, vital signs were stable"

"We-- I can't be... we can't be late" David said.

"Ready? One, two, three" Rosemary told them so they could move him to a bed.."Late for what?"

"Graduation"

"Becca Wells, 21-year-old restrained backseat passenger. Vitals stable en route. Some shortness of breath, but good breath sounds"

"Okay, take her to Bay two for now" Callie told the other paramedics.

"My dad's here. He's gonna be so worried"

"David, is that you?"

"Becca, are you okay?" David asked his friend.

"I-I think so. I don't know"

"One, two, three" Alex said helping moving Becca onto another bed.

"How about you?"

"I'm talking. It can't be too bad if I'm talking, right?"

"Right" Becca said.

"22-year-old front seat passenger. Tenderness above the pelvis and unstable B.P. in the field"

"Uh, Bay five" Callie told the other paramedics who arrived.

"Is my girlfriend here? She was in the backseat" Jordan said.

"Jordan!"

"Becca? Becca, have you seen Dana? You were sitting next to her"

"Can you check on our other friends-- Dana, M-Michelle and Pete?"

"Eight of them piled in an S.U.V? A-are they all this bad?"

"These are the healthy ones compared to the rest" One Paramedic told Callie.

"Okay, uh, I need, uh, beds and blood and interns, and-- Owen Hunt. Where is Hunt?"

George then looked at Rosemary. "I got David you go and help with Jordan"

Rosemary shook her head. "No, I got David you go and help Jordan"
