New Face? Faces?

Liam wiped the sweat from his brow as the Montreal heat glared powerfully onto him as he dried a Toyota Camry. He loved working at the car wash and being able to see so many cars both great and not so much. Liam didn't believe in such a thing as a bad car. As an avid car lover, he learned to respect all cars no matter what country, body style, or manufacturer. As he finished drying the Camry, he waved goodbye to the driver who waved back and smiled as he drove off. Suddenly, a roaring sound from a particularly powerful engine catches Liams attention. He looks up and sees a red Kia Stinger GT slowly pull up in front of him. Liam puts on a slight gasp as he admires the car.

Liam: Oh mon dieu (oh my god). A Stinger GT? Ouah (wow).

The Kia stops in front of him and a particularly attractive girl sporting a simple car cap, t shirt, and jeans come out and greets Liam.

Hope: quoi de neuf (whats new)? Can you dry her off for me?

Hopes voice is reminicent of american but also canadian like Liam. Liam snaps back to reality, and Hope smiles.

Liam: Oui (yes). It won't take long madame (ma'am)

Liam starts to dry the car as Hope leans on a nearby pillar, smiling at Liam.

Hope: Like the car? I take good care of it, so it's always looking nice. Hehe.

Liam: Oui (yes)! Kia's only real sports car. And a belle (beautiful) one.

Hope: Yeah. Most don't realize it, considering it's a Kia, but it's special. Are you a car guy?

Liam: That would be an understatement, hehe.

Hope: Well, you're not alone there. I dabble myself.

Liam looks surprised it's rare to find a girl who likes cars. He immediately feels already attracted to her.

Liam: sérieusement (seriously)? It's rare for a girl to be into cars. What'd you like about them?

Hope smiles

Hope: tout (everything). Nothing really specific. I just love how they work, how they sound, I could go on for ages. What about you?

Liam: Eh, I'm more on the motorsports side, but I like everything too.

Hope smiles again at Liam.

Hope: You wanna be a racer then?

Liam: Yeah, but I know that's a while away. I gotta go to school, get my racing license, and hone my skills.

Hope: I'm sure you'll get there. By the way. What's your name?

Liam gets nervous a bit.

Liam: Um, it's Liam.

Hope: It's nice to meet you, Liam. I'm Hope. Out of curiosity, what car do you have? If you even have one.

Liam gets excited and smiles, he loves talking about his Veloster N.

Liam: I have a '19 Veloster N.

Hope looks impressed and nods.

Hope: ooh bonne (good). Do you have it modded or stock?

Liam: It's stock, but I'm working on modding it.

Hope: Bonne (good).

Liam: Is yours modded?

Hope: Non (no), not really. I just have a drift charm, that's all. I'm also working on modding it, hehe. Do you have a favorite car?

Liam: je ne sais pas (I dont know). I really couldn't tell you. I like all cars equally.
