14 years later.
Katniss pov.
I watch our children play I was hesitant, but Peeta wanted them so badly I was terrified when I found out I was pregnant but when I held my first born in my arms my fears melted away. They don't know they play on a graveyard Our daughter is learning about the games in school, but she doesn't know that me and her father played a role. Our son will learn about them when he gets older, we'll tell them someday why we have nightmares that will never go away. I look over at Prim who has her head on Rory's shoulder they've been married for seven years, and they have a baby boy named Josiah who Prim is holding in her arms. Prim hasn't had a flashback in nearly 9 years and now works as the district doctor she's so good that people come from all over Panem to be treated by her. As for me, I still wake up screaming from the occasional nightmare, but I survive it by making a list in my head of all the good things I've seen someone do, it's like a game, it gets a little tedious after these years but there are much worse games to play.
