♡ concerts - hyunjin

hyunjin had been your boyfriend for almost three years now. your anniversary was coming up, and you were more than excited to see him again.

you were in the military.

hyunjin was an idol.

it was hard for you both to find time for each other, but somehow you did.

and when you did you spent every last minute you could together.

"i can't wait to hug and kiss you again," hyunjin said on facetime.

in the background, you could clearly see (and most definitely hear) changbin and jisung yelling at each other about an eaten bag of chips.

"it's not fair! i paid for them!" changbin yelled.

"well guess who ate them?" jisung yelled back.

"are they always this passionate about food?" you asked jokingly.

"unfortunately," hyunjin said, "but i guess we all are. it's a very important thing."

"come save us, y/n, these two have been fighting about those stupid chips for an hour now," chan sighed.

you laughed, about to reply but realized you had to call them back later. if you didn't go to sleep now, you'd be exhausted tomorrow.

"well good luck, gotta go. goodnight!"

"goodnight, love," hyunjin smiled, blowing you a kiss through the phone screen.

soon he'd be able to do it in person again.

hyunjin didn't know that you were coming to surprise him.

well, at least he didn't know you were going to do it at his concert.

he'd been preparing extra hard for his concert, knowing (thinking) he'd see you the next day.

he wasn't mad about not seeing you on the day of your anniversary. as long as you were there with him, he was happy.

you'd been talking to all the boys secretly, trying to figure out a way to completely surprise hyunjin.

the concert was in a few hours and you weren't gonna lie, you were nervous.

not about seeing your boyfriend, but about going on stage in front of thousands of fans and seeing your boyfriend.

you'd somehow managed to sneak into the venue without hyunjin seeing you and now you just had to wait until the concert was almost over to suprise him.

right now the staff were telling you it was your que to go on stage.

you weren't gonna lie, you felt famous walking unto the stage.

"and we have a special guest joining us here today," chan said, introducing you.

you walked onto the stage and saw the way hyunjin's eyes lit up when he saw you.

"y/n-" he ran over to hug you and pick you up, and kiss you in front of everyone.

"ewww we don't wanna see that," minho joked, and the other members agreed.

but once you were with hyunjin, it was as if it was just the two of you there together. you could only focus on him and how beautiful he was, how comforting his smile was, how much you missed his hugs.

you seriously forgot that you were on a stage for a second.

"you don't know how much i missed you. seriously," he sighed giving you a kiss on the forehead.

you heard some aw's from the crowd and felt your cheeks heat up.

"hold on, i'll be right back." he ran off stage and came back about a minute later.

"i was gonna do this after the concert but since you're here now," he got down on one knee and took out a ring. "you're the best person i've ever met, and im honestly upset i didn't meet you sooner. i wanna spend the rest of my life with you, so, will you marry me?"

once again, you got that feeling, that nobody but you and hyunjin existed. you couldn't describe how you felt right now, other than saying you felt extremely loved.

you wanted to cry so bad right now, "yes," you said, hearing how shaky your voice sounded.

he flashed his beautiful smile before picking you up and kissing you. you could hear stays cheering for the two of you.

"i love you so much."

"i love you too."

"they do realize we're still here right?" seungmin whispered.

"don't think so, just let them be happy," chan whispered back.

"we do hear you, you know," hyunjin said.

"i thought we were a thing, hyunjin!" changbin and minho both yelled.

and you laughed. you loved them all, and you couldn't wait to marry hyunjin, your one and only.
