The whole Ahmed family gathered in the living area and Sid was standing at the centre with his head bowed down. Since childhood he was the obedient child of this family. He always thought that his family would decide the best for him so he never questioned their decision. Even he didn't want to go to USA after school but still he went as it was his father's and Uncle's wish. He was brilliant in studies so they wanted him to handle their USA branch. When they called him back to India, he returned without any second thought. But it was the first time he was going against his family and choosing his own wish. And everything was just for that one girl who stole his heart at the first sight.

"Siddiqui! Ek baar phir se soch lo. Kya tum sach mein uss hi ladki se Nikah karna chahte ho?" Asked Arshad Ji.

Sid nodded in yes and said, "Ji Taya jaan."

Fatima Ji got angry hearing that and said, "Arrey mat maari gayi hai iski. Paata bhi hai kya bol raha hai? Kaha apni Nusrat aur kaha woh Shehnaaz. Upar se uski Ammi ek talaqshuda aurat hai. Suna hai college mein padhati hai. Akeli rehti hai Ammi Beti aur Abba ka kuch aata paata nahi. Aise khandan mein hum kaise tumhara Nikah karwa sakte hai?"

"Humein kuch nahi paata Ammi jaan. Lekin hum Nikah karenge toh sirf Shehnaaz se." Declared Sid and his brothers and sister widened their eyes seeing his courage.

"Siddiqui!" Yelled Zakir Ji. "Apni Ammi jaan se aise baat karte hai? Bhulo mat woh badhi hai tumse."

"Aur tum sab mat bhulo ki iss ghar mein sab se badhi hum hai." Said Dadi jaan finally.

She looked at Sid and asked, "Woh ladki Shehnaaz sach mein pasand hai tujhe?"

Sid nodded in yes.

"Nikah karna chahta hai uss se?"

Sid again nodded in yes.

"Toh phir sab kaan khol ke sun lo, Siddiqui ka Nikah Shehnaaz se hi hoga." Said Dadi jaan making Sid happy.

"Par Amma...."

Fatima Ji was going to say something but Dadi jaan glared her making her quiet.

"Tum sab rishta bhejo uske ghar. Aur haan, iss Nikah mein koi zaldbaazi karne ki zaroorat nahi hai. Unn logo ko bhi waqt chahiye hoga taiyaari karne ke liye. Pehle Aftab ka Nikah acche se ho jaaye. Uske kuch din baad hum Siddiqui ka Nikah karwayenge. Samajh gaye sab?"

They all nodded in yes as they couldn't go against her.

Sid was on cloud nine as his family agreed for his marriage with Shehnaaz.

At Night...

Sid was standing in the balcony while thinking about Shehnaaz. He was imagining his married life and smiling and blushing continuously. Before this, no girl had driven his this much crazy. But Shehnaaz was not like other girls. She was something else. Sid realised that he had fallen in love with her.

Suddenly Rihana came there and cleared her throat breaking Sid's thoughts.

Sid looked at her when she said dramatically, "Ji aap ne humare Bhai jaan ko kahi dekha hai? Woh na kho gaye hai..... Na jaane kis ke khayalon mein."

Sid rolled his eyes and said, "Bakwas band kar. Koi kaam hai toh baata."

"Kaam toh hai. Woh hum kehna chahte the ki, aap na yeh Shehnaaz ke ghar rishta bhejwane wala plan cancel kar di jiye. Yeh toh ek tarike se arranged marriage hi hui. Aap ek kaam ki jiye, aap Shehnaaz ko bhaga ke le jaaiye aur kisi ko bina baataye Nikah kar li jiye. Gharwalon ko aaj nahi toh kaal accept karna hi nahi. Aur ek baar aap ne love marriage kar liyi toh hum Bhai Behno ka raasta bhi clear ho jayega."
