SEPTEMBER TIMESKIP!
I come running home to check my analytics after dropping the final touch... my Pop/Stars cover is complete! I took Eve's advice in the elevator, Y/N's advice on the guitar, AND I MADE A BANGER!!! RAAAAAAH!!!
I'm so excited... I run into the condo and give Bao a kiss followed by Y/N a few head pats and an ear rub, then burst into my room.
I crack open my laptop and start tick-tacking away at my keys...
Y/N: What's up?
Sera: MY SONG IS A HIT!!!
Y/N: I'm so proud of you... we gotta celebrate. Shit, I got a call I'm about to miss, love you baby...
He complains about me being so busy but he's busier.... hmmmph... I mean I guess he's not the one jamming out right after work, he does know that he can come in, right? Riiight? Maybe I gotta let him know...
I might as well start some jamming myself...
I pick up my acoustic guitar and begin to pluck away, let's see if I can make up some random lyrics...
Sera: Toes in the sand by the setting sun...
That sounds good, that sounds good, keep going with it, sister.
I guess-OOP! My phone starts to ring... I should really put this thing on silent.
Sera: Hello!
This call, little did I know, was the call I ever had of all time. This was THE call, that changed my life...
???: Is this Seraphine?
Sera: That's me!
Ahri: FINALLY... I found you! This is great! I'm Ahri!
*VINE BOOM SOUND EFFECT!*
Y/N POV
I give Bao some good father rubs as I'm finishing up my call with Jayce, in like two minutes he leaves on his own and then I look back up. Clearly, I'm out of it, and he understands that. We all are, it's miserable...
Finally, I'm done for the day, so I pick up Bao and carry him to the couch in the living room with me. Seraphine is done jamming and it's... eerily silent. I hear something hit the floor and that has me worried.
Y/N: Sera?!
Sera: I-I'm fine!
Sera comes out of her room, and when I look back, she has the biggest fucking grin on her face. Something really good happened, good for her! I wonder if her song hit numbers or something.
Y/N: Uh oh, I know that face...
Sera: I... just got a call from the phone from one of my idols...
Y/N: No way...
Sera: A-Ahri... called me... a-and... she asked if we could do a collab... s-she might have a spot for me in their group...
Y/N: NO FUCKING WAY!!!
Sera: I KNOW!!! She wanted to keep it secret... but I trust you.
Y/N: I will keep that shit heavily guarded, trust me. I'm so happy for you!
I quickly grab onto Sera as Bao runs away, pulling her over the couch into a tight hug. I give her a kiss and continue to cuddle with her. She moans into me and doesn't stop that quirky giggle that I love.
