Eun-mi was barely in two chapters and I missed her greatly for it. May she never be out of commission again 💜💜.

Beautiful weather during a funeral was the most insulting combination that could ever exist. It was the worst day for the family, friends, and loved ones of whoever had died; their worlds had shattered, and seemingly time had stopped for them. And yet, Yoon Su-hyeon's funeral was on a day with perfect weather.
"It should be raining. Or at least gray." Eun-mi commented while staring up at the crisp blue sky with disdain.
"Funerals are for the living, not the dead. If it was raining, then it'd be just too depressing." Yo-han told her, keeping a hand on the middle of her back while the other was holding one of the handles of Elijah's wheelchair.
"So was my sister's funeral or my parents funeral too depressing for you?" She asked him in return, looking at him with a small frown on her face.
"Why are we even here when nobody here wants us to be here?" Elijah asked, saving Yo-han from having to answer Eun-mi's question.
"It's a funeral, Elijah. It's a time for grieving and condolence-giving, not fighting. Plus, we're too far for Ga-on or his technical dad to actually see us." Eun-mi answered, adjusting her sunglasses to make sure they didn't slip off her face.
Everything was going too fast. The time between watching Su-hyeon get shot while running to be reunited with Ga-on versus the day of her actual service seemed too short and hard to comprehend. It hadn't even been that long since Eun-mi forcibly got herself out of the hospital to be reunited with the Kang's and K, who seemed to have appointed himself as her bodyguard along with being Yo-han's right-hand man. And yet here they were. All dressed in black, standing far away enough to not be seen by Ga-on or Min Jung-ho, and waiting for the perfect time to give Ga-on their condolences.
Eun-mi fiddled with her butterfly necklace while Yo-han gently rubbed at her back and Elijah nervously tightened her grip around the stems of the bouquet of flowers on her lap. Eun-mi let go of her necklace to pull down the beige sleeve of the undershirt of her black knit dress. When she spotted the main group of people, they began to disperse and head their own way, while Ga-on ended up being the only one to stay at Su-hyeon's grave.
"The service is over. Come on." Eun-mi told her boyfriend and Elijah in a tone full of dread.
The trio walked over to where Ga-on was, Yo-han being the one to push Elijah up the decently steep hill and over the plateau, and slowly began to approach to the distraught male. Eun-mi winced at hearing Ga-on's sobbing and the repetition of Su-hyeon's name in a heartbroken tone. Elijah gave him a weirded-out look before looking up at her uncle and the woman, who was basically her aunt, and holding out the bouquet to them. Clearly, she had inherited her uncle's social awkwardness and needed one of the two adults to handle the delicate situation instead.
