The screen opened with Mucho staring down at Takemichi. Koko and Inui watching.

"Mucho-kun...why...are you doing this?" Takemichi asked as he looked up at Mucho.

Mucho walked away and grabbed a folding chair before moving back in front of Takemichi. He sat and looked down at the ground. "Our team has a unique role in Toman." He started. "We're the 'Special Task Division,' The only ones allowed to do infighting."

'...Huh? They're allowed to do infighting?' Takemichi was confused. "...Special Task Division?"

"That makes sense." Hina nodded along.

"To put it simply..." Mucho said. "...We're Toman's 'Public Morality Counci.'" Takemichi was still confused. "Our Fifth Division can punish any traitors in Toman. Without the leader's consent!" Mucho leaned forward. "Mikey gave me, the strongest fighter out of all of Toman's captains...the 'Special Task,'"

'...Huh? So...' Takemichi looked at Mucho. 'Does that mean Mucho-kun isn't on Tenjiku's side? ...He's a good guy?' Takemichi seemed hopeful yet scared. "So...does that mean...you suspect I've done something?"

"Wrong." Izana smirked.

Mucho thought for a while as he stared at Takemichi before answering. "My motto is...'Guilty until proven innocent.'"

"...Huh? Wait a minute..." Takemichi didn't understand. "Are you saying I've done something wrong?"

"Beats me." Mucho didn't hesitate. "Hell if I know."

Takemichi couldn't say anything.

"...Izana, right?" Inui joined in. Mucho glanced at Inui and Takemichi was confused. "Tenjiku's Izana Kurokawa and I go a long way back."

This shocked Takemichi. "What? Inupi, you got a history with Izana?!"

The screen changed to show Izana and Inui standing on a roof, wearing Black Dragon uniforms.

"Inui." Izana was shown with a smile. A keycard showed that Izana was the Eighth leader of the Black Dragons. "I assigned you, two years younger than me, to be my right-hand man...because you're useful." Inui didn't say anything as Izana glanced at him. "Support the ninth generation, too."

The screen changed back to the present with Izana's last words. "I'm counting on you."

Koko looked at his friend as Takemichi was shocked. Mucho remained silent.

"Black Dragons changed so much after Izana took over." Inui said, leaning back in his seat. Izana rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, remaining silent.
