Waking up for a new day, stretching my sleeping limbs. Then, shaking my hair loose after taking off the silk scarf that it was covered with.
Changing into a black gym legging with a white long sleeve skin top and jacket. Tying my hair into a ponytail, then brashed my teeth after drinking coffee.

Standing outside of the hotel, breathing in the morning air at five thirty. Since the first day we've come to San Francisco, I've been doing morning jogs from the hotel to the three blocks and back.

This has become my new route for the time while staying here for the tournament. There were some mornings where Haylie, Ryan, David, or even Riley would join me.

Expect for this morning, I'll be jogging on my own. Since most of them aren't awake yet. Sometimes, a girl just needs some alone time.

I was doing some warm-up stretches before I started running. While running, I had my ear pods in and listening to the fourth episode of this podcast that I started following.

It's a pretty dope podcast, where this girl is two years older than me. Who gives encouraging and inspiring talk. And just those kinds of talks that most people would pull out of a hat. The last six episodes are well planned and relatable to her audiences.

As I was running through some streets, some people waved and greeted me. Some girls and ladies who were watching our game last week would greet and scream, 'Queen B,' as I ran past.

After the 'after show' that I pulled off last week, someone recorded the whole thing. Posting it on almost all media sites, quoting, '#KAU'SKnights, #KnightsQueenB, #Knights, #WhoRunTheWorld'.
The video just blew up faster than any video has ever done before.

And it wasn't just me who was getting so much attention, whenever Coach Richard let us go out as a team. Many people would come up to us, telling the players how they've enjoyed watching them play.

How they're rooting for us to win. Some of us actually felt like we were part of the Champion's and Premier League.

Which caused most of the guys to get a little ahead of themselves. And their ego made their heads slightly bigger than it should be. So, naturally, Coach Richard brought everyone back down to earth when he made us do extra trills in yesterday afternoon's training.

As I was coming to the last route of the usual trail, my feet took a left turn, instead of right. Which is the road that leads straight to the hotel. But my body felt like there was some extra energy left.

Also, this new episode was getting interesting as the speaker started sharing about how she overcame her insecurity of not being good enough. As well as letting negative talk and lies from others affect her.

While listening to the speaker, I was running through a new route that was amazing. It was filled with these buildings that had amazing architecture and art painted on them. It was truly a fresh and wonderful change of pace.

As I was taking in the new route, greeting even more people who recognized me. Slowly feeling the extra boost existing my body while feeling well and rested. I made my way back to the hotel just as the episode was reaching its conclusion.

Reaching the hotel just when it ended, I drank some water from my bottle. That's when my phone notified me of my heart rate and the number of steps I'd taken.

Then, from the corner of my eye, a shadow crept up before standing in full view, "Good morning, Jennifer."

"Good morning, Ivan," Whatever good was left of it. "Goodbye Ivan."
