You felt an arm slip around your waist, felt his face nuzzling into your neck." Fucking hot as fuck girlfriend to accompany me on this picnic today? Check!"
You smiled so widely your cheeks hurt. Eddie Munson had not only been your absolute best friend in the world, the person you loved and cared for more than anything, he was also your boyfriend.
He had made his move one fateful Valentine's Day when you had both decided that you were going to skip the bullshit holiday, watch movies,eat pizza and get drunk together. The evening had been perfect, you were both wine tipsy and cozy until Eddie started nibbling at the candy necklace around your neck . It stirred up feelings and the realization that you both desperately wanted each other. A couple mind blowing orgasms later, the two of you decided that you should take the next step and start officially dating.
Every day since then has been a dream come true. Your already close friendship had grown into a real relationship, turned into something truly special. You were still best friends, that hadn't changed, but now, you got to kiss him. And fuck, did you like kissing him. And the sex, God,it was incredible. You had never known it could be so good before Eddie,and now you couldn't get enough of him.
Today was a beautiful day, sunny and warm and what better way to enjoy it then to have a picnic with the boy who had your whole heart.
Eddie had suggested it as the two of you laid in bed listening to the birds chirping outside his bedroom window.
You loved spending time with him, loved the outside the box date ideas he would come up with. He wasn't a go to the movies or a fancy restaurant type of guy, he was a let's find an old dirt road that leads into the woods , then park, open up the doors on the van to let the fresh air in and read a story out loud to each other. Or often times you would get wine and takeout and sit in the dark and stargaze and listen to music. He was a total romantic at heart.
The two of you had showered and gathered all of the things that you would need for your picnic, loaded up the van and headed out, stopping to the store to get some cold drinks along the way. Eddie ran into the mini mart and emerged with a bag full of goods .
" Holy shit, did you buy out the store when you were in there?" You laughed as you watched him place the bag in the back, then jump into the driver's seat. There was no doubt in your mind that along with the beverages there were also a ton of treats. The boy had sweet tooth like no one you had ever met before.
He flashed you a shit eating grin." There may be a couple extra goodies in there, you will just have to wait and see ." He leaned forward and kissed you sweetly before starting the van and taking off.
You sat back in the passenger seat and watched Eddie drive, one hand on your thigh, the other on the steering wheel, thumb tapping furiously as he sang Hit the Lights by Metallica, wind whipping through his hair. You couldn't help it, you couldn't take your eyes off the boy. He was so fucking gorgeous.
" We are going off road Sweet Cheeks, hold on!" He pulled off a dirt road in the middle of nowhere and into a field full of wildflowers. When the van came to an abrupt stop he hopped out and opened your door, plucking you out of your seat and pulling you into his arms.
" It's pretty here, huh?"
You smiled. The scent of fresh air and flowers surrounded you, as you looked upon a sea of green grass splattered with bright colors." It's beautiful Eds. "
He beamed." I was driving through here the other day and saw this field of flowers and thought of you." He kissed your cheek." I knew you would like it."
The two of you went to work laying down the blankets, grabbing the cooler and the radio and making yourselves a nice cozy spot.
" There, looks perfect to me," Eddie plopped onto the blanket then pulled you down next to him.
" This is perfect." You smiled. " Thank you for bringing me here, I love it."
"I'm glad Darling." He reached across you, using that excuse to kiss your lips on the way by, to get the radio," A little mood music...." He switched it on and Love Gun by Kiss blasted out.
You laughed." Very romantic, by the way."
He smirked." That's not my fault, blame that on the DJ , my little Love Muffin."
You grabbed the cooler and set out your lunches, which consisted of sandwiches and chips, some fresh strawberries that you and Eddie had gone to pick earlier in the week.
Your boyfriend shuffled through the brown paper bag and pulled out your drinks, an iced tea for you and a pink lemonade for him.
" What else so you have in there?"
" Sweets for my Sweet." He winked.
"Like what?" You reached for the bag and he pulled it away.
"If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!" He smiled , quoting lines from the end of Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall." You can't just jump into dessert Babydoll, not when you have thrown together this nutritious meal for us-"
You rolled your eyes smiling." You are such a dork, but you are my dork and I love you."
He grinned." I love being your dork Princess."
The two of you ate your lunch, taking in the scenery, listening to the birds chirping, enjoying each other's company and just relaxing.
When you were finished, you flopped back onto the blanket and closed your eyes, soaking in the sun. You sighed. It felt absolutely wonderful.
You heard a rustling in the paper bag behind you, and you smiled. The boy was already breaking into the treats. You felt him settle back down beside you.
" God, you are so fucking pretty Sweetheart."
You opened your eyes, turned your head to face him, squinting at the sunshine and you felt your cheeks get hot, " Eddie-"
" I mean it. Your so fucking beautiful. The sun shining on your hair,the little freckles on the bridge of your nose that really pop when you have been out in the sun, you have 21 by the way." He smiled.
You scrunched your nose . " You counted my freckles?"
" Yup. They are fucking adorable. You are fucking adorable and I just wanted you to know that."
Your heart fluttered in your chest." You really know how to make a girl feel special Munson."
" Good, because that's my job Princess." He flashed you a toothy smile and you thought you would melt. " So Sweetheart I, uh-"
You saw that he was holding something in his hand. You sat up. " Oh my God, is that a Ring Pop? I haven't seen one of those in ages! I used to love them!"
" I uh, got it for you-"
"I thought I was sweet enough?" You winked at him, taking the little package and opening it up. You slipped the chunky red ring onto your finger.
" You are Baby, you're so fucking sweet, but I -"
He stopped mid sentence as you popped it in your mouth,twisted it and lightly swirled your tongue around it.
You saw Eddie's big brown eyes lock on you. He licked his lips. "Is it,uh, is it good Princess?"
You pulled it out of your mouth with a pop and smiled at him with bright red lips." I forgot how good these are. You got my favorite flavor, cherry, thank you Eds-"
He looked at your lips, looked at the ring then without warning he lifted your hand to his lips and sucked the candy into his mouth.
You gasp, not because it surprises you, he steals your shit all the time stating 'Sharing is caring Dollface,' you gasp because of the way it makes you feel seeing his full lips wrapped around your candy. You swallow hard. You have been at the mercy of those lips, that tongue many times, you knew what they could do....
Almost on cue he opened his mouth, it was obvious that he had known where your mind had gone. He smirked, then flicked at the pop with the tip of his tongue.
Your breath hitched, you bit your lip, which only encouraged him to keep going." Fuck Eddie," you whispered.
He continued to hold your hand to his mouth, still flicking, and now licking the candy obscenely, lapping at it,swirling his tongue around it while his eyes were locked on yours. "It is good, but I know something that tastes even better, something sweeter."
Then in an instant he was between your thighs, devouring you, the skirt of your dress was bunched up around your waist and you were writhing, gripping the blanket tightly in your hands as his mouth re-enacted all the actions that he had earlier performed on the treat. It didn't take long for you to fall apart, not with his talents. You shook as you screamed his name into the floral scented breeze and after you laid there stretched out in the sunshine,limp and satisfied.
" Just when I thought you couldn't look any more beautiful..." Eddie crawled up your body, leaning down to kiss any bare patch of skin that was exposed along the way. He smiled widely down at you, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "You are so fucking lovely Dollface, always, but especially after you have come undone. " He ran a finger down your cheek." The sleepy eyes, flush skin, disheveled hair. Absolutely fucking magnificent." He licked his lips. "That's how I know I have done my job."
You smiled." Every.Single.Time. Munson . You ALWAYS get the job done."
He straightened out your dress , tucked a piece of loose hair behind your ear then brought your hand back up to his lips, placing a light kiss there. He looked at the ring pop and chuckled."This, was not at all how I had planned for this to go. I may have gotten a little... distracted." He smirked.
You sat up, smoothing out the wrinkles in the sundress, fixing your now loose ponytail." I'm not complaining-"
Eddie smiled." You see, my love, I had originally planned to bring you out here to this gorgeous field for a nice picnic -"
" Eddie our picnic was extremely nice-"
" Oh it was, but then after lunch I would take out this cheesy ring, I would slide it on your finger and tell you that , well, I have been happier now than I have ever been in my entire life, you, you make me so fucking happy Baby. I never knew that life,love could be like this. "
You bit your lip. "Eddie-"
" I wanted to slide this ring onto your finger," He tapped the plastic base of the ring and smirked. " And remind you that it was a piece of fucking candy that gave me the courage to make my move, to confess to you how I really felt, so I thought it would only be fitting that I bought this silly little candy ring to tell you how I really feel again."
You felt your heart thumping in your chest. "H-how do you feel Eddie?"
He smiled at you so sweetly, so genuinely," I feel like I need to tell you that, you are my everything. My heart, my soul,my love- it is all yours. It will always be yours. And I would love nothing more than to continue to love you, care for you, fucking worship you every single day for the rest of my life. "
Oh my God, was this real? You blinked at him. "Eddie are you-"
He grinned , shifting his body so that he was kneeling before you." I'm asking if you would be my wife? Please Princess, make me the happiest Man in the world, tell me you will be my Mrs. Munson."
" Yes! " Tears filled your eyes as you lunged forward, knocking him backwards. He laughed and wrapped you in his arms pulling your body on top of his . " Yes, one million times yes!"
You peppered his face with kisses." I would love nothing more than to be Mrs. Eddie Munson."
" I was hoping you would say that ." He smiled up at you." Oh and by the way," He snaked his hand down into the pocket of his jeans and pulled out a ring, a real engagement ring . You gasped, It was beautiful. " I'm making it official." He pulled the candy pop off and stuck it in his mouth , then slid the diamond ring down your finger. You took a moment to look it over. It looked older, vintage , it was stunning." I wanted to find you a ring that was beautiful and unique. I would have loved to have given you my mother's diamond ring, but my asshole father sold it. This was the closest I could get to it ."
You looked down at your finger in awe." It's gorgeous Eddie, I love it. God," You sniffed back tears," I am so happy Baby! You make me soooo happy!"
He smiled up at you." Me too Princess, I'm so fucking happy."
You reached down and held his face in your hands, the diamond on your finger glinting in the sunlight." I love you sooo much Eddie Munson, you are my rock, my world. I will show you just how much I love you," You leaned down and kissed him," I will show you today," You kissed him again," Tomorrow," Another kiss,"And every day for the rest of our lives."
" I like the sound of that Sweetheart." He beamed.
You sat up on his lap, straddling him and slid down the straps of your sundress. You watched him bite his lip." Infact," You licked your lips and ran your hands down the front of his shirt, over his broad chest." I am going to start showing how much I love you right now. "
