KAT'S POV

The bells start chanting a sad melody as we leave the church. I'm surrounded by people, known people, unknown people, people who I care about and people who don't mean nothing at all.

We are going in cortege to the graveside, my parents are right in front of me and I feel Amy's hand holding my arm.

This is it, the final goodbye, I can barely control myself. I haven't stopped crying for days, I can't believe in everything that happened.

What happens next is all messed up in my head maybe the tears blurred my vision and my thoughts.

I am now watching the coffin go down and a lot of people are here watching it too. Our family, Megan's friends, Megan's colleagues. Everyone is saying the last goodbye.

When everyone starts to disperse I try to look for Ryan. I spot him alone looking at the grave.

I go meet him and when I reach him I stay by his side looking at the grave too.

Suddenly he hugs me and I can feel he is about to cry.

I break the hug and look him in the eyes, we don't say anything because we don't have to. I try to smile and he smiles me back, after that we both split and go in different ways. My parents don't know that Ryan was Megan's boyfriend and I don't know if I should tell them.

I go now looking for Amy, I exit the cemetery but I can't find her.

"Hey." I hear someone behind me and I feel that person touching my shoulder.

I turn around and I almost faint of shock.

"I am so sorry about your sister." I hear James saying.

"I am sorry too Kat. About everything." She says looking me in the eyes.

"Thank you." Is all I can say. I wasn't expecting seeing these two here.

"I know we are the last people you want here but Sarah thought you would need everyone in this tough moment." James continues and I can't hold my shock.

"I am sorry about what happened with Amy, I was just trying to make things right. I hope you too are ok. I feel really bad." Sarah says and I think she means it.

"We are, excuse me now but I have to go look for her now. Thank you for coming." I say and turn my back to them.

I can't deal with them right now, I don't need any more drama and reasons to cry. I just have to find Amy.

I can't spot her so I decide to seat on a bench and wait for her. I am lost in my own thoughts when I hear someone whispering behind me.

"The younger one is who was driving." I hear a man's voice.

"She was probably the one who caused it, everyone remembers what she did last year. She tried to drown herself." I hear a woman's voice and I start getting angry.

"She is the one who should have died." The man continues.

That is when I get up and turn around to face them, I am not sure what I am going to do but I know I am angry.

When I turn around they seem me and by the look in their face I know they just realized I heard everything.

I know them, they are friends with my parents but I don't care who they are, they have no right to say this about me.

I am start walking in them direction when I feel someone grabbing me and holding me back.

"Have you heard what you just said?" I hear the person who is holding me saying.
