---ROOP's POV---

"Raaniya api stop na!" I pushed her away, covering my head with my duvet.

"Jahaan ki sust larki ho! Aaj tumhara nikkah hai Roop, get up!" She scolded me, pulling my blanket again.

"Toh aap kar lein meri jagah!" I whined, covering my head with a pillow instead.

Wait!

It's my nikkah today. Meri shadi... Waqas Se. The thought itself scared me, causing me to swallow the dryness in my throat.

"Besharam larki!" Api gasped, slapping my shoulder. I yawned and sat up straight.

Ek toh puri raat neend Nahi aayi yeh hi soch soch kar. Aur ab uthne Ka Dil Nahi kar raha.

"Api...." My voice trailed off as I ran my tongue over my bottom lip.

She sighed before sitting down beside me, "Nervous?"

"Bohot," I told her, truthfully. Even though I have known Waqas for a couple of months now, he is still a stranger to me. I am getting married to a stranger. Well, a Friend I would say. But this friend hides too much inside him, I can just tell by reading his beautiful eyes.

Speaking of which, aisi aankhein Allah ne galat insaan Ko de di Hein. He knows exactly how to use them. His arched eyebrows make my stomach flip every time and when his brown eyes smile— yes they do smile— they make my heart race like its warming up for a marathon. I am dead sure He knows the effect they have on me.... Har baar Dil aa jaata hai unpe.

"Kho gayi unke khayalon main?" Api's voice snapped me out of my thoughts and I jumped out of my comfy bed.

"Ji Nahi!" I told her, hiding my face. Woh Pagal Hein, par cute Hein. His face flashed in front of my eyes, causing the butterflies to dance in my stomach.

"Your blush tells a different story," api spoke and I pouted, turning to face her again. "It's my wedding, what do you expect?"

"I expect you to get ready Meri jaan, chalo.. Go wear your lehenga!" She ordered, pushing me inside the attached bathroom.

I sighed and locked the door before stepping under the cold shower. I washed my hair and then wrapped a towel around them as I left the washroom. My dress was laid out on the bed and I couldn't help but gawk at it- even though, I designed it.

Har larki Ka sapna hota hai ki Woh apni wedding dress khud chune, Maine toh khud isse silne wala dhaga tak khareeda hai.

Nothing could go wrong today.

---WAQAS' POV---

I slipped into my new Armani suit, paired with white shirt and red tie. It's a big day for me yet, I am not happy. The rock, that is sitting on my throat, won't even let me smile.
