Chapter 15: Let’s Get Packing!!

“Which one first?” Kane asked.

I rolled my eyes. “Bad”

“Well…vampires are in town” Kane said, nervously. I don’t think he’s met one before, but neither have I. But I’ve read about them…Twilight, don’t hate but I think it’s awesome. Stephenie Meyer is an awesome author, don’t hate on her…she didn’t know we exist but, I have to admit…vampires twinkle!! Haha!! That’s the first thing I’m gonna say to a vamp when I meet one. Edward twinkles…Hehe…

“WHAT?!” Zane said, standing up, knocking me off the couch.

“Oi!! Warning next time, dude” I said rubbing my head.

“Have they attacked? Made a threat?” Zane rushed with the questions.

Kane laughed nervously. “On the bright side, the pack accepts you”

I rolled my eyes. “How did you find out?”

“Well, the pack just gave their approval” Kane answered, scratching his head.

“Not that! The vamp thing” I said standing up.

“Ohh, uhh...the pack have just been on alert, there’s some that have enrolled in our school”

I nodded and stopped Zane before he could fire questions at Kane. “Have they made any threats?”

“No, but they are on our territory”

“Have they asked for permission?” I asked, putting my hands on my hips. Hmm, I guess this is me in Alpha mode, didn’t know I could have one.

“No, but they have invited us to dinner”

“Are we the dinner?” Hade asked nervously.

I rolled my eyes. “Do you really think I’d let them eat us?”

“They wouldn’t wanna eat you anyway, you’re too sour” Eric mumbled.

I grinned. “That’s good, so Kane. What’s the other news?”

“Oh, our school has been funded by an unknown person, they’ve made dorms. So basically, we gotta live at school” Kane answered.

“When do we move in?” I asked.

“You’re actually going with this?!” Vince asked in disbelief.

“It’s better to keep an eye on the vamps and keeping our pack together since they all practically go school there” I answered.

Zane smirked putting his arm around my shoulders. “You’re so clever”

I grinned. “Duh, so get to packin- wait, when do we gotta move in?”
