Medic x Reader Part 2

As promised, here's part two!

You walked to the side of the hospital at around 8:30. All day, Medic's words during the battle confused, but excited you. You constantly wondered what he needed to say, hoping for the best. Halfway towards the hospital, you looked behind you to make sure no one was following you (mainly Spy). No one was there. As you reached your destination, heart pounding in your chest, you began to make out the outline of Medic. He apparently noticed you as well. "Medic?" You quietly called out. You needed to make sure this was Medic and not someone like Sniper or something.

"Ja, ich bin es, Frau," Medic said. He sounded nervous. What is he worried about? You wonder. You walk closer to him until you are only a few feet away. You stared at his dark face, the beautiful face that the darkness covered like a blanket.

"So what did you need to tell me, Medic?" You asked. You wanted to get this over with now before your heart tore out of your body in a panic attack. You prepared yourself for the worse as he spoke.

"Frau (Y/N)...I've known you for a...vell...for a vhile now...und I've been zhinking..." Here it comes...

"Hehe...Ich...Ich liebe...dich." He quickly looked down at the ground and said: "Es tut mir Leid! Forgive me, uh, I understand if you don't vant it to, uh, be zhat vay." You stared at him, speechless. This...was not what you expected. You could feel yourself blushing madly, even though no one could see it.

"M...Medic...I..." The thoughts slowly went through your head and you realized that you actually liked him in that way.

Medic sighed and turned away from you. He held his hand by his face to cover it. "I should be going now, ja?" He begins to walk away, but you quickly stop him.

"Medic. Don't go, I need to tell you something." This time, you could tell that Medic was the scared one, even if it wasn't visible. "I...I like you too," you tell him. There was a deadly pause for a long while. There was absolutely nothing. The only thing the two felt was their hearts beating like crazy. You hugged Medic, breaking the silent moment.

The two of you walked back to base, holding hands and smiling. Scout teased the two of you, but you just ignored it. After all, there was an announcement needing to be said...
