Thanks, mate! I hope you enjoy the story!

Matt Webster drove his car up to the lone mailbox that stood in the middle of the desert. No house was there and he never saw anyone there. You would think that no one would be there to pick up the mail he unfortunately had to deliver there. However, every day when he drove to his final stop, the mail from before would be gone. There were several rumors as to who received the mail there. Yes, their names were on the envelopes but no one knew what the names meant. Heavy? Engineer? Soldier? Who would have that name? Some gang members? Thieves? Or worse...the Teufort Nine... Matt Webster took a deep breath and opened the mailbox. He took out his last letter for the day. It was addressed to someone named: Pyro. Quickly, he put the letter in the mailbox and drove away, terrified. He didn't want to stay long in this area.

Engineer was finishing repairing his sentry when he heard the car driving away. He chuckled and walked over to the curtain that hid the RED base. He pulled the curtain up and made his way over to the mailbox. He opened it and took out the only letter. He examined it for a second before reading the name at the front. "For Pyro? He never gets mail...this ought to be interesting."

Engineer walked back into the base with the letter in his hand. The rest of the mercenaries sat in the poker room, knowing that it was time for the mail.
Even though they didn't have that many people sending them letters, if they had someone at all, they knew a contract could come in at any time. Engineer placed the letter on the table in front of Pyro. "Hey, little guy, it's for you."
Pyro looked down at the letter, confused. What was this piece of candy doing in front of him? Did the baby want him to have it? Pyro picked up the letter and began to hit his gas mask with it, trying to eat it. The rest of the mercenaries stared at him, extremely confused. What the hell was he doing?! Engineer took the letter from Pyro's hand, chuckling.

"You know what? How about I read it for ya, okay?" He opened the letter and began to read the note inside.

To The Man Known As Pyro,

On May 16, 1969, your wife, (G/N), died from an illness she's been fighting for several months. We know you loved her very dearly and you need time but we have more news for you. What you may not have known was that your wife had left behind a small child named (Y/N). She is one years old and since you're her father, she falls under your care. We already talked with your boss and after a lot of negotiation (and unfortunate "accidents" that killed several of our negotiators), she agreed to let your child stay and live with you in the base. On May 29th, we will be delivering the baby at the coordinates provided by your boss. We hope you take good care of (Y/N) and provide her with everything she needs.

From, Avery Wellingtons

Engineer looked up at Pyro, surprised, like everyone else. Pyro looked around at them, confused. What did he do?

"Pyro? Since when did you have a baby?" Scout asked. Pyro looked at him and tilted his head. He didn't understand what Scout had asked him.

"Let me handle this, Scout," Engineer said. He looked down at the sitting Pyro and leaned against his ear, repeating what Scout had asked.

"A baby?!" Pyro exclaimed, but his voice was muffled by his mask. "I have a baby?!" Spy took the letter from the Engineer's hand and read over it one more time.

"Merde...does anyone in here even know how to take care of a child, much less a baby?!" Everyone slowly shook their heads, except Heavy, but he was too busy eating a sandvich. "Well, gentlemen, we have a problem. Looks like we'll be babysitting for Pyro since I doubt he can do any better."
