A New Place to Call Home,Lady of the House

After a mere day of flying Sesshomaru slowly began to descend towards the ground. Blinded by the thousands of clouds around her Shizuka chose to trust Sesshomaru. Willing her body to stop floating she soon felt her feet being planted firmly on the ground below. As she peered around Shizuka realized she at the center of a lush garden. Consisting of a large pond,where two multicolored koi fish swam in a constant circle about it. It was truly a soothing thing to watch. As Shizuka continued to explore the area she soon came across a fairly large villa which stood before her. It appeared as if it were a castle made from a dream from long ago. Shizuka found herself staring in utter awe at the massive stone and wooden structure. She asked Sesshomaru where they were and he simply smirked before answering her. And his words were the most heartwarming she had ever heard. "Your new home."He said as Shizuka couldn't help but to smile,she found herself walking towards Sesshomaru. She wanted to thank him. She wanted to throw her arms around him and embrace him. But could she do it? And would he accept it?

Knowing it would be best not to have any further physical contact with Sesshomaru. In fear of being rejected by the first person to ever fully accept her for who she was. Shizuka simply bowed towards the Great Dog Demon out of respect before using her charming personality to once again entice the handsome Sesshomaru. "Thank you for your hospitality."Shizuka said with a sincere smile before soon hearing her name being called out repeatedly by someone she had missed dearly. Rin. She turned towards the doorway to meet the happy gaze of Rin who ran towards Shizuka.

Tears of happiness rolling down her cheeks as she called out Shizuka's name over and over. Almost as if she was in disbelief that Shizuka had actually came back. It was no surprise to Rin when people tended to disappear in her life. After all her entire village had been slaughtered in a single night. So she was use to people being in her life and then suddenly dissapearing. And to have someone like Shizuka who Rin felt she had a strong connection with to appear before her once again. As if she was a beacon of light in her life,moved the young girl to tears.

Shizuka couldn't help but to smile towards Rin,opening up her arms for the small girl. Who ran as fast as her feet could carry and found herself jumping into the warm and inviting arms or Shizuka. Who held Rin to her chest,her arms enveloping Rin with so much love,and kindness for her. It moved both the women to tears. "I'm here,and I'm not going anywhere."Shizuka whispered to the now sobbing Rin,who nodded while nuzzling her face into Shizuka's neck. Sesshomaru watched the two have their moment before leaving them.

All the while making his way inside the vast villa,where many demon woman servants awaited him. The women bowed their heads before Lord Sesshomaru,each and everyone of them greeting the young lord. "Welcome home My Lord." Their voices echoing throughout the villa. With a simple nod Sesshomaru turned his gaze back to Shizuka and Rin. Who now began walking towards the villa hand and hand. He then demanded the attention of his many servants who gazes now lingered on him and the heavenly woman who now stood in the doorway.

"This woman is now the Lady of the House. And you will respect her as such." Sesshomaru ordered utterly surrpisng everyone in the room,including Shizuka who stared towards Sesshomaru in utter disbelief. Lady of the House? He was giving her a position of power in his household? But why? Shizuka was touched by the act of kindness and bowed her head before Sesshomaru. Elegantly accepting his gift to her. But already she could tell that only she,Sesshomaru and Rin were happy about the situation. Immediately Shizuka could sense the angry glares of the demon women upon her. But she chose to ignore it. She was no longer a defenseless human. Who could be bullied. No. She was powerful. And she intended to make her power known to these demons who no doubt sought to cause her harm.

Straightening her posture and now standing before the demons. Shizuka closed her eyes seeking the powers of the moon,and she got it. Slowly she opened her eyes revealing their translucent hue,and when she spoke. Her voice filled with such authority and grace it was hard to believe that days ago she was a mere human. " I am Shizuka a Celestial Maiden,as Lady of this House I expect no less than your loyalty. Understood?" Shizuka questioned allowing her powerful aura of a celestial to completely engulf the entire room. It was a strong force of pure good,giving off a radiant rainbow hue that caused many of the demons to hiss in pain. Before muttering they understood. Shizuka smiled towards them before blinking allowing her eyes to return to their normal hue and dissipating the celestial aura in the room. Sesshomaru stared quietly towards Shizuka,who simply smiled towards him before being tugged out of the room and upstairs by the young an excited Rin.

Sesshomaru couldn't help but to sigh,this woman was going to make things interesting. That he knew. Good or bad it didn't matter. As long as she was within his eye sight he felt secure,and wanted only her. Only that woman. Only Shizuka. Even if Sesshomaru didn't realize it himself he was quite fond of Shizuka,and was beginning to show it to others. People who would view Sesshomaru's sudden kindness as weakness. A weakness his enemies were waiting to exploit.
