Premonition

The breathtaking woman sat on a gold and white stoned throne. Her skin was white as winters first snow, her face seems to be hand chiseled by the gods into such a delicate heart shape. The woman's lovely azure hued eyes. Her eyes remaining glued to Shizuka whom couldn't help but to smile back at her mother. "We have much to discuss."The Mother of Celestials stated as she immediately dismissed the room filled with Celestials. Many who were confused about the current events and many more who were fearful for their very lives. But they all knew that "Mother"would take care of them. After all the Mother of Celestials has been with them for many centuries now. Her immortality rumored to be that of the very gods themselves. But it wasn't just her immortality that made her so beloved. Oh no,it was the vast amount of power in which The Mother of Celestials held. For within her very veins was the source of all Celestial power.

Known as the "Celestial Wellspring" which continued to pump the gold liquid through all Celestials. But not like the Queen. No for she and her most direct decendants held the most concentrated amount of power. For they we're truly​ blessed by the God's. Sesshomaru couldn't help but to gasp upon the Goddess before him. Still shocked at the fact that he now stood in the land of Celestials. A sacred place never once ventured by a demon. Until now anyway. Remaining quiet Sesshomaru noticed the Queen's sudden attention to him. The look of utter confusion on her face but soon melted away into an expression filled with understanding. But understanding what exactly?

Slowly the Mother of Celestials rose to her feet deciding it would be best to speak with her daughter and newcomer in private. "Do not fret,for our salvation is near. Return to your homes and rest for our future starts tomorrow."The Queen informed as little by little the many Celestials began to leave the throne room. With the image of Shinimi and her crimson eyes lingering in their memory. For their Queen said that their future starts tomorrow. But which one? A future filled with joy? Or one filled with rage and darkness?

Once the final Celestial being had left the throne room,The Mother of Celestials snapped her fingers causing the doors to slam shut. Sealing the three together. Releasing a heavy sigh the Mother of Celestials immediately ran to Shizuka. Who instinctively wrapped her arms around her mother,holding her ever so closely. The two shedding tears of joy for their long awaited reunion. "I've searched everywhere for you,I never stopped."Her mother whispered to the sobbing Shizuka who couldn't help but to crumble on the spot. She had always hoped no prayed that her mother missed her. That somehow she was still searching for her. Hoping to bring her home to where she belonged. Gripping onto her mother tightly Shizuka was at a loss for words. She simply burried her face into her mother's robes allowing her tears to flow.

"Dry your eyes,we have much to talk about." The Mother of Celestials stated with a warm smile. Shizuka hiccuped Abit,drying her tears before standing up tall. Prepared to take on whatever obstacles that were sure to be in their path. Shizuka then turned her attention to Sesshomaru whom despite his high stature chose the wise decision of bowing before Shizuka's mother. Greatly intriguing the beautiful Ruler,yet it brought to her attention so many more questions that the Queen desperately desired to have answered.

"You,Yokai.I could sense your demonic aura the moment you stepped into my domain." The Queen of Celestials began before extending her right hand before her allowing billions of light to collect at her very fingertips before taking the shape of a evervesant silver staff which seemed to be alive for silvers flames covered the entire weapon. Licking at the very hand which held it yet did not burn the Queen. She then aimed the dangerous weapon towards Sesshomaru,who's eyes widened at the overwhelming amount of divine aura coming from that weapon. For he had never feared anything in his life,but for the first time Sesshomaru was fearful. Fearful of being completely devoured by the Divine flames and leaving nothing left.

"Not only does your filth stain this very land. You dare to sink your claws into my daughter? For that your life ends here Yokai."The suddenly wrathful Queen declared as she braced herself,throwing her flame covered spear with great force till it hit the floor before Sesshomaru's feet. Yet the instant he tried to flee,his entire body was overcome with the purified flames. Scorching his body horribly Sesshomaru stiffled back cries of agony as Shizuka cried out for him. Begging her mother to stop her attack. "Mother,please!" Shizuka sobbed as she desperately ran to Sesshomaru's side. Not caring that she could be harmed, Shizuka wrapped her arms around her burning beloved demanding her mother stop this assault. "Yokai are in our world now,they cannot be permitted to remain any longer. Or our very existence will be at risk. He must perish." The Queen stated her voice softening Abit when it came to speaking to her daughter. But Shizuka cared not.

She knew Sesshomaru was of now danger to them. She knew that he only came to protect her,and now it was her turn to protect him. Despite the situation Shizuka peered down towards the burning Sesshomaru,who's body trembled in her arms as the flames continued to mercilessly devour him completely. "N-No regrets."Sesshomaru breathed his breathing heavily labored as the burning seemed to intensify causing Sesshomaru to roar out in pain. Silently Shizuka allowed a sea of tears to roll down her cheeks. She couldn't lose him,not now. Not to anyone. For Shizuka knew one thing. She loved Sesshomaru more than anything and she was willing to go against her mother to save him.

Sensing the sudden change in her daughter The Mother of Celestials took cautious step back. Unable to understand the sudden spike in power Shizuka seemed to have all of a sudden. Eyeing her daughter carefully " The Mother of Celestials" sensed something something alive within Shizuka that was giving off such incredible power. So much infact it was almost blinding. So similar to the Celestial flames it was almost uncanny. Sheilding her eyes The Queen blinked as Shizuka stood before Sesshomaru,a blinding white light rippling around her and Sesshomaru. Creating a barrier of sorts which seemed to chase away the remaining flames. For Sesshomaru had ceased his screaming and now only remained silent struggling to force his body to mend itself despite the huge amount of damage.

Blinking away her tears Shizuka dared to look her mother in the eye which stunned the Queen to no end. For Shizuka's transulent eyes had retained their original glow yes,but instead to glow seemed to drape around Shizuka creating an illusion of some sort which greatly confused the Queen. For in her daughter's place stood the ghostly image of a woman bear her daughter's age as well. She stood before her with the shimmering glow of the Divine aura about her. The woman was quite lovely infact it was almost as if she had a mysterious presence about her. For her small smirk towards the Queen revealed to her that she was not just a pretty face. That simple smirk sent caused The Queen to cease her actions.

She demanded to know who the woman was. The ghostly woman released a airy giggle before opening her eyes revealing her startling gold eyes which seemed to flicker in the light. The woman then seemed to become Abit more transparent until she was almost completely gone. Yet the Queen was able to see the young woman fade into the very body of Shizuka before stating "I am one of those whom have been prophesized. That of light and darkness. Know that if you destroy him you destroy yourself." The woman stated before completely disappearing leaving Shizuka standing before her mother,with a very angry look in her eye.

"I won't let you hurt him ever again!"Shizuka declared as she prepared to strike down her mother. For anger had clouded her judgement and she could no longer see the lines that blurred between enemy and foe. Unleashing her devasting flames Shizuka sent a wall of unrelenting flames towards her mother. The Queen gasped at the sudden build up of power shutting her eyes tightly as she prepared for her end. Yet she could not forget the words of that phantom. They continued to echoe within the Queen for a time before she finally understood what the girl was trying to say.

But that was impossible wasn't it? After all the very thought was sinful. Yet the Queen did not have time to linger on her thoughts for she nearly dodged the attack Shizuka had created. While placing his badly burned hand on her shoulder Sesshomaru brought Shizuka into his arms not caring that her mother saw them. He had to calm her down,she had to know he was alright. Placing her hand against his beating heart Sesshomaru could already feel the tension losing it's grip on Shizuka. "I'm alright."Sesshomaru cooed as Shizuka sniffled into his chest as she let out a loud cry of frustration into the air.

Her mother looked upon the two of them in disbelief. My what had her daughter done? And could the Queen's assumptions be true?
