Celestial Decree

While Shizuka struggled to deal with life on Earth as a Celestial Maiden seeking more than prayer and eternal beauty. Sitting upon her stone throne on the moon was the Queen of all Celestials. She bore no other name except for Queen because there was no need. This woman was the beginning of it all. The "Mother of all Celestials" but most of all she was the direct mother of Shizuka and of course her elder daughter Shinimi. Usually the Queen was of sound mind but since the reappearence of her daughter and next in line for the throne she just couldn't shake the fact Tha something was amiss in her kingdom.

Her once peaceful kingdom filled with joy and peace due to her steady reign had become tainted overtime by someone dear to her. It was true the Queen had anticipated such trechery and had come up with a solution but she just couldn't bear to do it. For how could she punish her own daughter? Her own flesh and blood? The Queen's eldest daughter Shinimi was infact the source of darkness which had weaseled it's way into her domain.

For years the gentle queen allowed her daughters to forge their own paths. In hopes they too would seek true enlightenment and become the "True Celestials"as she had. But in doing so her children had diverged one seeking a new life on Earth. Free of her responsibilities of a Celestial. While the other spreads seeds of curruption and chaos in order to one day take her throne. And this needed to end. For the "Mother of all Celestials" had enough with the evils which plagued her domain. And now currently the home of her youngest daughter. Things needed to be changed. And the beautiful Queen knew only she could set the perfect plan in motion.

Slowly the breathtaking woman rose to her feet,calling fourth one of her most trusted advisors Mizuko Upon uttering the faithful Celestial's name a pair of heels gently clicked on the marble floor. Already the "Mother of all Celestials" knew who was soon to approach. For before her stood none other than Mizuko herself. For she was no ordinary Celestial. Although everyone of them was indeed Heavenly Beings there were quite if few of them that had been blessed personally for their undying devotion. And Mizuko was such a Celestial Being.

Blessed many years ago with the ability to manipulate water,Mizuko had proven above all that she was capable of even the most difficult of tasks. Which is why the "Mother of all Celestials" had decided that she and she alone would be given this assignment. One of true secrecy that could never be revealed to a single soul. The Queen couldn't help but to smile warmly towards the faithful Mizuko. Welcoming her once more into her rightful place in court by her side. As her name would depict being "Water child" Mizuko bore the long flowing azure hued locks,flawless milky skin and a pair of lovely blue eyes as well. Mizuko smiled,bowing her head before her Mother and Queen. Enjoying the fact that she was once more graced with her Majesties presence.

"I have something to ask of you, Mizuko." The "Mother of all Celestials" stated,her voice as gently as winter's first snow. The faithful Mizuko peered towards her beloved Queen,fully prepared to take on whatever she had in store for her. "What is it Mother?" Mizuko questioned her very being iching to know what was on the troubled Queen's mind. And overall how she could stop it. For this would be the first time the "Mother of all Celestials" had put her concern into words.

Biting her bottom lip the troubled Queen allowed her voice to be heard once more. And overall revealing to Mizuko the severity of the situation. " I fear for our future with the dark turn my dear Shinimi has taken. But I cannot do this alone,I need my daughter Shizuka to return. Yet I fear she is not at complete power. Mizuko I beg of you,go to Earth. Train my daughter and return her to the Moon."The Mother of all Celestials declared her voice sounding throughout the throne room. "I humbly accept this task your highness." Mizuko answered her resolve never fading and with those words the heavenly Queen couldn't help but to smile towards her fellow Celestial.

"I thank you for your courage Mizuko,upon your return with my daughter you shall be greatly rewarded." Mother of all Celestials" stated as Mizuko bowed once more before quickly taking her leave. For she did not wish to keep her waiting a moment longer. Already Mizuko could feel the weight of the task at hand heavy on her shoulders. Especially with the rampant rumors of the daughters of the Queen we're vastly different than what they once we're as children.

First was the eldest daughter of the Queen. Princess Shinimi or what she is most commonly known amount the Celestials as "The Princess of Chaos" for since she showed signs of curruption when she was quite young. Her Heavenly Queen decided it would be best to place her youngest child next in line for the throne. And apparently this only increased Princess Shinimi's hatred. There was also quite a nasty rumor that the night the youngest Princess Shizuka's disappearance was on the orders of her elder sister. But of course these were just rumors. That was until the Queen approached Mizuko with this very important task. It was then that the blue haired Celestial realized just how much danger lay sleeping at their doorstep. And time was running out. With no time to waste Mizuko decided it would be best to use her divine powers to teleport to the whereabouts of the missing Princess. In hopes that she could save their dying land. Praying that she would be their salvation in these betrayal filled days.

Closing her eyes the blue haired Celestial allowed her body to become completely relaxed,before but by but her entire body seemed to almost disappear like a large ripple in an never ending pond. With only her mission on her mind Mizuko willed herself to her destination hoping that her words would be heard and indeed ring true.
