Act Like You Love Me (pt.1)

Work is finally over and I get to relax. Y/N is coming home from work right now and I get to see her beautiful face. That gorgeous smile lights me up inside. Just the thought of her makes me flutter.
Just as I grabbed my To Kill A Mockingbird book, Y/N walked through the door, setting her purse down on the counter.
"Hey, babe." I got up off of the couch and walked to her and kissed her cheek.
"How was work?" I asked her. She seemed to avoid eye contact with me and didn't kiss me back. Strange...she always kisses me back.
"Fine." She replied, walking into the bedroom. I followed her into the room as she walked straight to our dresser and began taking out her clothes.
"What are you doing?" I asked as she continued taking her clothes out. I put my hand on her hip and looked in her eyes. Tears rolled down her cheek as she refused to look at me. I wiped them away with my thumb worriedly.
"Y/N, what's wrong?" I asked as she took a step back. She took a deep breath in and looked at the ground. She mumbled a few words I couldn't understand.
"What-"
"I don't love you anymore."
I completely froze. She doesn't love me anymore? How?
"What-what did I do wrong?" My lips quivered as my vision began to get blurry.
"You didn't do anything. It's just that...I don't feel anything anymore." Her voice cracked as those words left her mouth.
"What does that mean?"
"I used to love you. But now... I don't feel the same. I'm sorry." She removed the ring from her ring finger.
"No, please don't." I pleaded. She lied the ring onto the dresser, right next to our wedding photo.
