Chapter 8- The move

It's friday beta jordan's birthday but alice is no where to be seen i looked at beta jordan sniffing the air for the distinct smell of his mate

Alice is not answering her phone when gabe and i called and i'm starting to get worried

I stumbled nervously for english without alice to distract me with her ridiculous stories all i could do was stare at the way back classroom

he's tapping his pencil against the table as an alpha he is accustomed to never sit still his dark hair falling over his eyes his dark blue orbs looking like the deepest parts of the ocean that i can't help but let the current draw me i  until i freaking drown

i looked at the wayback the entire class i'm surprised i didn't broke my own  neck

after a couple of uneventful classes that were so boring i almost slipped out of my arm chair for too much day dreaming

study hall came and i was about to head to the library shen i found his leaning against my locker his knee raised to support his weight his hands on his pockets

my hands itched to grab a camera and snap a photo of him since he looks like a scorching hot g.q model

he looked at his watch and rolled his eyes "about time"he said "I've been waiting for about half a minute" he complained looking bored

i opened my mouth but instanly closed it when he pushed himself off the locker "let's go" he said going to the school doors

i wanted to ask him where but my voice the traitor left me once again and all i could do was stare at his back its a very hot back if i must say so myself i could almost see the muscle rippling from under his shirt as he walked with that air of dominance that only an alpha can radiate

"stop checking me out" he said without looking back at me blood rushed to my cheeks "i'm not" i mumbled lightly he scoffed

he lead the way to his car and i scanned the parking lot wondering why no one has stopped us from cutting classes yet

i sat in the front seat and it was eerie quiet while he drived "where are we going?" i asked he didn't answer but just kept his eyes on the road

"so...have beta jordan found his mate yet?" i asked still no answer

"are we there yet?" i asked still no answer its like he's not hearing hello i'm a person-ish

"your hairs on fire" i told him suddenly the car jolted into a stop and my head hit the glove box i forgot to put on my seat belt

"geez that hurt-" i was saying but stopped when he looked at me his eyes holding me in place his lips on a straight thin line his face is still free from any expression but somehow i felt like his mad

i raised my hand in surrender "ok I'll shut up" i told him he sighed and went back to driving

i realized that we are headed towards my house i opened my mouth to point it out but he looked at me in warning and i quickly shut my mouth

he shook his head before stopping right in front of our house "what are-" before i could finish he was already out of the car and was already opening  our front door

"Good afternoon Maam" he said greeting my mom kissing her in the cheek

My mom blushed and giggled "Mom?! aren't you suppose to be at work or something"  i said my mom's eyes sparked

"Ash honey you wouldn't beleve it remember the application i sent to george town last month? they accepted and said that i just have to under go a 6 month training and I can already teach college!" she said in a hurry

"Luckily Xavier here offered his place where you can stay in while I'm gone" my mom gushed "You're mates after all" she added

my eyes widened and my jaw dropped "Um..about that i was really-" she cut me off by saying "Oh hush dear Xavier already explained" she said

"When are you leaving?" i asked my mom clappef her hands together and looked at her watch "Right now actually" she said

i opened my mouth but she went on saying "I already packed my things and i packed yours too" she said

next thing i know alpha xavier''s hoarding my mom's bags to the trunk of her car

"I'm gonna visit every two weeks and call every night okay?" she asled and i nodded as she crush me into a hug she kissed my temple and whispered "I love you honey"

"I love you too" i said taking in a deep breath as she realeases me and went to face Alpha Xavier

"Take good care of my daughter" she said and he smiled he actually smiled i was under the impression he wasn't capable of smilling

"Ofcourse maam" he said and with one more hug my mom ws off "Bye mom" i screamed as she waved her hand from her car i slowly turned to him

"what did you do?" i asked him he just smirked at me "I told you what the alpha says goes" he said in that voice that made me shiver all over
