Chapter 28- Voice

I woke up and immediately looked at my phone the call ended at 5:30 a.m according to the log and I saved his number smiling to myself...I actually have Alpha Xavier's number

"Hey" Raven's voice said knocking loudly "Scaredy pup time to wake-" before he could finish I flung the door open "Good morning" I greeted happily

"You're awake?" Raven said his eyebrows raised "And you're happy?" He asked I nodded "But it's early" he said and I shrugged skipping to the kitchen "Had a good lullaby" I told him smilling so much that I thought my lips were going to split

"Hey Alice!" I chirped as I entered english dropping my backpack at the floor while slipping in my seat Alice looked at me "Are you on drugs?" She asled seriously whilst looking into my eyes I laughed before my eyes caught the most amazing blue eyes I felt my heart squeezing tightly

"Yes and its probably the hottest drug there is.." I said my eyes locked on him as he read a book with that straight expression of his while rolling his lower lip in and out of his mouth

Alice looked at what or should I say whom I was starring at and she laughed "Love...it should be illegal" she says

Then Jasmine, with a tall guy walked inside the classroom and sat at the far end corner I saw Alice's heartbroken eyes as Beta Jordan eyed Jasmine with such longing

"I'll say" I whispered softly then Mrs Kings entered the room "New students?" She asked Jasmine and the guy before making them introduce themselves

Jasmine stood up her bronze skin shone beautifully while her light curly brown hair cascading to her waist as she walked to the front her brown warm eyes scanning the room before stopping on beta Jordan

"I'm Jasmine Ide" she said and the guy stood up next, hid white blond hair emphasizing his wide green eyes "I'm Dreydon Carter" he said looking at Beta Jordan's hateful gaze

Alice cleared her throat as the guy's gaze landed on her smirking she smiled back slightly as if sharing an inside joke
Alice caught me starring at her "What?" she asked me loudly "Nothing" I said still starring at her she pushed my cheek away and I turned to listen to Mrs Kings' discussion...okay maybe I didn't listen and just played hangman with Raven on the brightside I won, on the not so bright side I failed the pop quiz

At lunch we went to the elite's table or should I say tables because Jenna and Jasmine used to be bestfriends she invited them over thus making Gamma Cameron pull in another table so we'll all fit

Jasmine pretended not to notice Beta Jordan's gaze on her while Dreydon put his arm around her chair protectively  while Alice tried to distract Bata Jordan by talking to him

Hail sat beside Gabriel much to his distaste and tried to feed him using her spoon and he declined by slapping her hand away and ignoring her, James Lint squeezed Hail's hand sympatheticaly

And then, there's us... I tried not to look at them but ofcourse I did he was playing with her crimson hair threading it through his slim long fingers while she rested her head on his shoulder

He deemed to like Jenna's hair very much maybe I joule die my hair red too...I was thinking when,

My phone buzzed and I opened the text message

From: The fifth Rave

I'm going to break his fingers

I looked at Rave who had his phone clutched tightly on his hand

To: The fifth Rave

Do that and his going to break your neck

I sent the message and looked at him again I was startled to see his eyes on my phone I gulped before hiding my phone under the table he raised his eyes on mine before rolling it

I turned to look at Gamma Cameron who was looking at Hail,James and Gabriel before shifting it to Alice, Beta Jordan, Jasmine and Dreydon

Lastly his gaze rested on Alpha Xavier and Jenna "God, I want a mate" he said

"Careful what you wish for"I said before I could stop myself Raven smirked

"Why?What's so bad with having a mate?" He asked "I'm having the time of my life" he said sarcasticaly his eyes on Jenna who pushed her head of Alpha Xavier's shoulder looking embarrassed

I cleared my throat "Aren't we all?" I said with a slight smile Alice scoffed while Gabriel rolled his eyes

Hmm...I guess not

That night I stared at my phone that was placed above my blankets while I sit, waiting for him to call while I clasped my hands together half praying half pleading

A moment later my phone rang Alpha Xavier my love is calling my phone flashed I grabbed it "Hello?" I said breathlessly

"Don't hang up" he said and I felt the dragon's inside my stomach do backflips at the deep sound of his voice

"I wasn't going to" I said and I heard him click his tongue "just sleep" he said with a stern voice

"Sir, yes sir" I joked resting my head on the pillow hugging grumpy while clutching my phone in my right hand

"I wish that you'll talk to me" I said while yawning "I mean just...say something about anything," I said putting my glasses down then closing my eyes "I love hearing your voice" I said
