Chapter 12- Zits

I stayed at the room of crisis till 6 pm a couple tried to come in but i threw my weight on the door yelling "room occupied" untill they quit trying to open the door

only a few people could be seen around campus so i went to my locker to check my phone

3 missed calls from gabriel 4 messages

hey...where are you?

got held up at economics

is alpha xavier giving you a ride?

I'll see you at alice ok?

I glanced away from my phone no ride again its a good thing Alice's place is near so I wouldn't have to walk that long

i knocked on the door and smiled widely when I saw Miyuki Alice's japanese mom open the door

"Hi miyuki!I missed you!"I exclaimed hugging her she hugged me back

"Ash....how are you?" she ssked grinning at me "Is that ash I hear?" Dan Alice's dad say coming out of the kitchen a tray of lasagna at hand

"Hey dan!" I said giving him a fist bump he pursed his lips to Alice's room "I think they need you there..." he said

"Crisis?Alice?" I guessed he nodded laughing "You know my Alice" he said i laughed and went inside Alice's room

"Aaaaashh..." Alice cried hugging me i put my arms around her wide eyed looking at Gabriel who is sitting on the bed looking exasperated

"Hey al.." i said "what's the problem?" i asked "is it beta jordan?" I inquired softly still hugging her

Alice's sob grew louder "I-I can't possibly face him ever again" she whined hugging me tighter

"Why not?" i asked brushing her hair "because...because I have a...ZIT" she screamdd showing me her face sure enough just under her nose right above her lips is a microscopic reddish ZIT

i face palmed and laughed alice slapped my arm glaring she said "It's not funny"

"Oh...alice" I said while jumping to her bed where Gabriel is sat laughing too "two words" he said

"Drama.Queen"we both said together Alice threw the remote and some chips our way

"and you call yourself a friend"she mumbled frowning i pulled her hair "i can't believe you didn't go to school just because of that" i said pointing at her face

"not everyone is a nerd like you ash" she said rolling her eyes

"not a nerd" I said "i don't know a thing about robert frost nor am i familiar with algorithms" i said

Gabriel laughed "I don't think I'm allowed to say this but our Alpha's a jerk" he said in a whisper

"Yeah that mate of yours-" Alice was saying but I stopped her by saying "We are not here to talk about my love life"

Alice snorted "Or your lack of one"

I smiled and looked at alice who was now checking the mirror for her zit while Gabriel shook his head muttering something incoherent under his breath

by 12 we were all in bed well me and alice is anyway Gabriel slept on the floor I heard a slight tapping on Alice's house's front door I slipped out of the bed padding quietly so I won't wake anybody up

I opened the door and was a little surprise to see Alpha Xavier on the door his white button down shirt ceasedto his elbows 3 buttons open and a slim black tie hanging losely on his neck why is he so...gorgeous?

"I dropped Jenna off...figured I'll pick you up too" he said jenna lives literaly three doors away

I eyed his outfit "date gone late huh?" I said trying to masking the hirt in my voice

he said nothing but "Let's go" I looked at him tilting my head to the side his eyes glinted and shone beautifully into the night

" a sleep over..by definition means sleeping over someone else's house" I explained

"I didn't drag you and your junk to my house just so you could have sleep over every night" he said exasperated

"Then why did you?" I asked closing the door behind me he was walking to the car

he didn't answer ofcourse he didn't he never does the car was already a block away when I realized

"Cheese...left my phone" i said smacking my hand over my face

"Can we go b-" I haven't finished the question when he said "No" coldly

"But-" I started to say "No" he said yet again "I won't-" have a ride tommorrow for school without mh phone I said but he said "No" again

I ceossed my arms "But if its Jenna that ever needs anything you'll comply" I mumble and he suddenly pushed the brakes so I slammed myself on the glove box

"Don't" he said "Why not?" I grumbled glaring at my feet "Don't drag her into this..." he said harshly before starting to drive again

He stopped the car and I got out of it "Are you inlove with her?" I asked with a soft voice I stood there looking at him whilst bracing myself for his answer

His eyes regards me it shone beautifully in the dark night he unlocked his jaw "Yes..." he whispered his gazed at mine looking sorry for his truth

That's the only thing he can ever feel for me...pity my eyesburned and I staggered back my knees wanting to give back I can feel the tight grip that the mate pull gave my heart squeezing it until tears flowed from my eyes

I gave him a smile through my tears before running to my room I want to hate him but I can't

I want to hate jenna...that I can so I sat there on my bed hating her so bad

But most of all I hated myself because I can never be her I can never be jenna.... how I wish I was
