"It wasn't his fault, he doesn't have his emotions back on. And that means he'll do stupid pathetic things without thinking twice. Please Damon, don't hurt him." Damon released my hands steadily as I just stared at him. He was unpredictable and I never knew what he was thinking.

"Kylie don't go down there again OK?" He told me  I quickly nodded. He pecked my forehead softly and smiled. Going to go pour himself a cup of bourbon, he started talking as I took a deep breath. Ecstatic that my other brother didn't die today.

"Were gonna get him back I promise. And don't leave this house, some new vampire hunter just moved into town and I don't want you getting hurt."  I laughed. He still thinks I'm 17.

"Nooo promisessss." I told him as he gave a 'really'? face and I laughed.

"I'm serious Ky." His tone read serious. He wouldn't leave until I complied.

"Okay damn." I held my hands up in surrender while he just left to go downstairs. Probably to go check on Stefan. I was enjoying my pop tart and wondering if I couldn't even go to school.

"Wait, SO BY MEANING I CAN'T LEAVE THE HOUSE,  I CAN'T EVEN GO TO SCHOOL?" I yelled all the way to across the living room but got no response.

I sighed. My thought of not being able to see cute boys until who knows when was quickly interrupted by a raging voice screaming my name.
