"Please take care of sae hyun, i know you're the right person to her, take care of her like there's no tomorrow.. I wish i can live longer but what can i do? There's no hope and--"

"Look, Lee chan-ah, if you love her then you MUST fight for her! Fight your disease FOR HER! Live for her! You can't give up just like this saying your life is NEARING THE END! You--"

"No YOU don't even understand how does it feel to endure THE PAIN! It hurts so FCKING BAD and therefore you can't show it to anyone that you're in pain BECAUSE YOU ARE LEE CHAN! I am a bright kid and i'll always be, if i change it everyone WILL BE HURT TOO! It's easy for you to say 'don't give up' if you don't know know it feels like. And this disease didn't appear because of nothing, she- sae hyun caused it."

"Sae hyun.. Caused it?"

"But it's not her fault it's not anyone fault, it was when we were so young, she tickled me until i fell hard and my head landed onto a stone. Listen, mingyu-yah, i don't want her to know about this, i don't want her to feel guilty because if she is, she will be depressed the moment i passed away."

"I.. I will take care of her for you. I won't let anything bad happen to her, for you. I promise."

"Oh and one more thing," Dino says while taking out a not-too-big white box from under his pillow. "Give this to her after i'm gone."

"What's inside it?"

"Nothing, just my feelings for her."

The room is quiet, the conversation ends, mingyu and dino remain in silent, no sound no movement, just them, and a slightly opened door.

*Mingyu' pov*

Turns out the conversation took quiet a long time. I wonder what's Sae doing in the cafeteria alone? After saying goodbye to Chan, i take the stairs to go down since the cafetaria is juat 1 floor below.

Instead of just Sae hyun, i see her and Wonwoo.

Don't want to interrupt, i walk with head down and sit on the chair in front of them, and back-facing them, of course, and start to eavesdropping

"Where have you been? You know, i miss you so much," Wonwoo says.

Sounds like the conversation is just starting.

There's no answer from Sae hyun.

"Babe are you okay? Sae hyun-ah?"

"I'm okay.." She says it with a cracky voice. "Oh okay, good," Wonwoo replies.

'Wtf does he really think she is okay? She fuckn said it with a cracky voice and he thinks she's really okay?!'

This emo kid doesn't know how to treat a girl.

"I have to go to the restroom," She says.

Instead of heading to the restroom too, as soon as she makes her way to the restroom, i stand up, turn around, and face Wonwoo.

Taking two steps to sit on was-Sae Hyun'-chair, he seems confused.

"What are you doing here?" He asks, wrinkling his forehead.

"What are you doing here?" I ask back, point out the 'you'.

"I'm checking my girl' condition, something wrong with that?" He answers. "How is she now?" Asked me again.

"She said she is okay," he states.

"Mwo? You believe that? SHE IS NOT FUCKIN OK--"

"Dude, chill! Of course i know it, i'm not a stupid heartless human," he says calmly.

"Then why the fuck you don't follow her and calm her down?!" At this point i'm so angry to him.

"Because she needs you."

"Mwo?" Did i just misheard?

"The one she needs is YOU! She loves you, and NOT ME! I've tired to hold this stupid feelings cause it's just a one-sided-love." After he said that, we remain in silent, each gazing at nothing.

"Go get her," he says, no hesitation in his voice.

"Go get her and tell bad things about me, make her regret to know me," he continues. "Ya what about you?" I will feel guilty to him, maybe for the rest of my life.

"I'll try to look just fine, i'm the best at that. And tell her i don't love her anymore, and i won't love her anymore. Tell that without any hesitation just like i just did so she would believe. I'll try my best to avoid her and while i do that you're in charge to make her happy," he says and i can't even say anything. He's stronger than i thought he would be.

"Why are you doing this?" I ask.

"I love her and i want her to be happy, sometimes love is about letting go," he says.

"Oh there she is coming, i got to go. Take care of her like how a prince would take care of his princess." With that, Wonwoo heads to the elevator and disappear.
