*Sae' pov*

"Sae hyun-ah, wakey wakey!" someone is prodding my upper arm and i start to gain consciousness.

"Oh? Dino you awake?" He nods and smile.

"Sae hyun let's go to han river! Call?" He shrieks.

"Ani, we can't, you have to stay here until you're fully recovered dino-ya," i say and he pouts.

"It's okay~~ i'm fine~~ see? I can't even dance," and the Michael jackson inside him starts to come out. "Ya ya ya ya!! Don't do something that will make you feel tired, that's what the doctor said,"

"Ne, sae hyun eomma," he giggles.

"But still i want to go to han river.." he pouts and look down. "What if the doctor says no?" I ask.

"He won't, sneak out it is," he states.

"Call,"

"See? The sight is sooo pretty," Dino says adoring the view from here.

"Yeah, it's our first time together here isn't it?"

"Yup, i'm thankful i still have the time to go here with you," he says which makes the regret on me growing more and more. I shouldn't have did what i did when we were child.

"Sae hyun? Are you gazing?"

"Ah? Ani, just enjoying the view,"

"Oh. Want some ice cream?" He asks. "Who would say no for an ice cream? Let's go grab some ice cream!" I get up from sitting.

"Hm wait.." He says while holding onto his head. "Are you okay? We better go to the hospital,"

"A-ani! Let's get some ice cream!" He stands and a smile plastered on his face.

"Here, one strawberry ice cream and one chocolate ice cream,"

"Thank you," we both say in unison and take the ice cream.

"Let's go back to our spot before near han river," Dino says and we start to walking back.

It doesn't take much time to reach the spot before. We both take a sit and eat the ice cream.

"You know sae hyun-ah i always feel thankful to you, because of you i still have a reason to breath," he says then licks his ice cream.

"What are you even talking about,"

"And mingyu too, i feel thankful to him because he take care of you when i'm not around,"

"Omo look at you sae hyun-ah! There's ice cream on top of your lips," he cranes his neck, 7cm away from my face.

"Can i..?" Mwo? What is he talki--

He leans over until his lips crash mine. I'm shocked, very shocked

He breaks the kiss, "Woah it feels very nice,"

I don't say a word cause i'm still in shock mode.

"Saranghae," he confesses.

"If you love me you have to stay by me.. Don't ever try to go anywhere.."

"Where would i go? I dont have a place to go,"

"Exactly.."

"Um but i might go up there, soon or later," he looks up to the beautiful blue sky and smile, again.

"Hajima.. You can't say something like that, promise me you won't leave me alone,"

"Promises are meant to be broke,"

"Just, promise me,"

"Okay..."

We both remain in comfortable silent. Both gazing. Both mind is thinking. Both want to stay here for a long long time. Both, don't want to lose each other.

The groan of pain breaks the silent. "Dino? Dino what's wrong?"

"L-let's go back to the hospital," he says rubbing his own hair.

"Can you walk???"

"ARGH!"

"Wait i'll call 911 please hang on.."

3 minutes, the ambulance has arrived and they immediately bring Dino in and then go.

"Hang on.. Hang on..." I hold his hand. His cold hand.

"Dino you have to stay with me!"

"Ara.. (I know)"

We arrive, and they take Dino to the ICU.

"Family of the patient Lee chan?"

"Oh? I'm his related,"

"You may come in, but he's still not in a good condition,"

"Okay thank you so much,"

Soon as i come in the sound of machine beeping is the first thing i hear. Dino is there, lying peacefully with machines surrounding him.

"Dino..."

As i say his name his eyes are slowly open, just by looking at his eyes i know that he's tired and need so much rest.

"Oh.. Sae hyun... Why are you here... I want to sleep..."

"I'm going to be here until you're fully recover, i don't care about my gra--"

"Ani.. You should go... I uh i need to sleep so do you... Look.. At your eyebags..."

"I'm fine, what matters now is just you,"

"Still.. You have to go i want to go to sleep.."

"Okay then.."

"Bye sae hyun... tell mingyu i'm thanking him,"

"Thanks for what?"

"For protecting you when i can't.."

"Now go... Sae hyun-ah ppali i'm so sleepy..."

"Ne, arasso," He gives me the last smile before i turn to the door. Taking heavy steps towards the door, i turn around and see he's already asleep. 'He's that sleepy' i thought.

Reaching the door knob, i give another look to Dino.

"Annyeong, Di--"

"Dino?!"
