"Man, that math test was hard," Jeonghan complained as he and Jisoo walked home from the bus stop together. "I swear, it's like Mrs. Oh wants us to fail."

"I dunno, I thought it was pretty easy," Jisoo hummed. Jeonghan glared at him.

"Well, that's because you're a nerd who spends more time studying than hanging out with his boyfriend. At least I'm getting some," Jeonghan teased.

"Hey, Seokmin and I hang out loads!" Jisoo protested.

"Yeah, but you actually study with him when you hang out. You realize that a study date has the word 'date' in it for a reason, right?" Jeonghan replied. Jisoo frowned as he thought about it.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. I get it, I'm a nerd," Jisoo sighed.

"Good! Admitting it is the first step," Jeonghan  grinned, clapping him on the back. Jisoo rolled his eyes but let out a small chuckle.

"I'm still a better boyfriend than you are," Jisoo said, opening the front door to Jeonghan's house and following the other boy in.

"Boyfriend?! Hong Jisoo, you're dating someone?!" Jisoo heard a familiar voice ask incredulously. Jisoo's eyes widened in realization.

"Mom?!" Jisoo exclaimed in disbelief. Surely enough, his mother and father were standing there, mouths hanging open in shock.

"Oh, my little boy's growing up! Look, honey, he already has a girlfriend!" Jisoo's mother cooed, walking over to Jisoo and pinching his cheeks. Jeonghan snorted, and Jisoo glared at him.

"Hello, Mrs. Hong, Mr. Hong. How have you two been?" Jeonghan smiled politely, hugging Jisoo's mother and shaking hands with Jisoo's father.

"Fine, fine, and what about you? Your father tells me that you've been seeing a boy? Is he treating you well?" Jisoo's dad questioned. Jeonghan nodded.

"He's amazing, sir. He's really a sweetheart," Jeonghan told him, and Jisoo's dad smiled approvingly.

"That's a relief. We can't have you dating someone unworthy," Jisoo's mother responded brightly, and Jisoo almost groaned in embarrassment. Well, at least the attention was off of him now.

"Hey, I know what you're thinking. Don't think we've forgotten about you, Jisoo. When did you even get a girlfriend?" Jisoo's dad asked. Jisoo blanched.

"Well...about that...I don't exactly have a girlfriend," Jisoo answered awkwardly.

"Then why did you say...wait! Jisoo, do you have a boyfriend?" his mom asked. Jisoo nodded hesitantly, unsure of how his parents would respond. They couldn't be that upset, right? They were okay with Jeonghan being gay...

"Oh! How cute! Why didn't you tell me?! I want to know everything," Jisoo's mom exclaimed, glaring playfully at Jisoo.

"I'm quite hurt that he didn't tell us," Jisoo's father frowned, pouting sadly. Jisoo grinned. He looked weird.

"How about this? Since you didn't tell us, you have to treat us to dinner! And you have to bring your boyfriend along too!" Jisoo's mom suggested, smirking evilly at her son.

"Do you really have to meet him?" Jisoo questioned. His parents nodded firmly.

"We have to decide if he's good enough for you!" his father said.

"Or if you're not good enough for him," his mother added.

"Trust me, Seokmin's definitely too good for him," Jeonghan joined in teasingly.

"Hey!" Jisoo cried, and his three tormentors laughed. Jisoo huffed. Hopefully Seokmin wouldn't break up with him because of his annoying parents.
