My Guardian Dragon

Drawings▫️Chapter 3

We got in this weird metal thing that looked like some sort of dragon. I sat down next to Clint because so far, he's the one who spoke the most with me of all of them. I looked down as I rubbed my thumb over the bird skull necklace that Astrid had given me. I smiled at the memory of when I met Astrid. "So y/n?" Steve asked. I looked up at him. "Yes?" I asked. "Tell us some things about yourself." He said. Everyone agreed, wanting to know exactly who I am. "Well I have an older twin brother named Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III." Tony cut me off. "Hiccup? What kind of name is Hiccup?" He asked. Steve glared at him. "What do you mean? It's not a strange name. If anything, Tony is a weird name where I come from." Tony raised an eyebrow at me. "Well what else?" Steve asked. "Well I have a dragon. You know that. D/n is a guardian dragon. Hiccup has a night fury. Our dragons are some of the most rare and most dangerous type of dragons." I say. Some of them look impressed. "What's a night fury?" Clint asked. "I could draw it later." I tell them. They nod. "And maybe when we arrive, we can take you to the store to get new clothes." Wanda suggests. "What's wrong with my clothes?" I ask as I looked down at what I'm wearing. "Oh nothing, it's just you kind of need to try and fit in with the crowd. We don't want people to get suspicious." Natasha says. I nod in accepting to their answer. "Wait hold on. Y/n. I thought Vikings hated dragons." Tony asked. "Oh well we used to. Okay I'm not totally sure about this but, a couple years ago. My brother wanted to show that he is worthy of leading our tribe. and shot down a night fury. He made a friendship with the Nightfury and named him toothless. He convinced our whole tribe that we can make amends with the dragons." I told them the story. They nodded. Soon we arrived at what they call 'Avengers Tower' I look around in awe. We all get out of the metal contraption thing. Everyone did as they usually did, while I stood and looked around at all the building. I stood wide eyed with my mouth agape. Tony walked over to me. He closed my mouth. "Please, I know I'm impressive, but keep your mouth shut. We don't want flies in your mouth now do we?" He said in a smooth voice. I looked up at him. "D/n." I said the one name. D/n shot a small fire ball at Tony's feet making him scream like a little girl. I laughed and walked over to Wanda, who gave me a high five.
The Avengers gave me tour around the tower. But not everywhere because they said that it would take forever. They showed me my new room. Now I was sitting on a couch looking around. Analyzing the room. Then Steve spoke up, "Y/n. You said you were going to draw a night fury." He brought up. "Oh yeah. Sure." I said. Bruce handed me a piece of paper. It was a lot of thinner than what I'm used to. Then Clint handed me a weird stick thing. I look down at it confusedly. "Problem?" Tony asked rudely which made Wanda elbow him in the ribs. I held up the weird stick thing. "What's this?" I ask. "A pencil. You know, the thing you use to write and draw." I shook my head. "It's not what I'm used to." I said. "Y/n. Actually, do you have one in your bag?" Natasha asked. "My bag?" I asked. "When we found you, there was a bag near you, but we took it because we didn't know what was in it." She said. "I guess there possible is a writing tool in there." I said. She nodded and walked away for a second then returned holding my bag.

I smiled. She handed to me. I took it from her and opened it. I took out a writing tool and my drawing book.

I opened to a random page and started drawing. I drew Toothless' face, then his body structure.

They looked at my drawings, somewhat wide eyed. "Wow y/n. You are amazing at drawing." Steve complemented. "Thanks." Sam looked at my drawing. "Wow." He says. "What other drawings do you have in here?" He asked. I flipped to the first picture which was of my mother.

All the other drawings were of my brother and Astrid. I haven't drawn my other friends yet.

When they were done looking at all my drawing's Wanda spoke up, "hey y/n, let's go to the mall." She suggests. "What's a mall?" I ask. She sighs. "I'll explain it on the way.
