Dang.

I bit my lower lip.

Why can't I find anything about Eric Sanders?

Its as if his files are secured, preventing it to be seen in public. Or as if he really had no records.

As if that's possible. I guess I just have to look for other resources.

I shut my laptop off. I can't waste my time with just one person.

The climax of my next play is about to start. I hid myself, assuring that I cannot be seen.

My plot is all about a brother and sister falling in love. They both know each other's feelings but they think they cannot have a relationship because of their current status. So the girl ends up finding a boyfriend and so currently she has one.

Now what would they do if..

Khrys, my male protagonist, has just arrived here on the school rooftop.

Its the perfect setting. Its five o'clock in the afternoon and most students have went home.

We have the place to ourselves.

A few moments later on, Hanna, the main character, comes in.

Perfect.

Everything is in order.

I hid near them, enough to hear their conversation.

Action!

"Bro, why did you call me to go here?" Hanna asked.

"I love you," Khrys told her confidently.

Based on Hanna's reaction, she knew what her brother meant.

She frowned, "You know we can't."

"We can!" Khrys protested, "I found out that I was adopted. I saw the papers," he said bitterly.

Hanna was dumbfounded. What could she say? That she's happy because they can finally be together or sad because she might also loose him.

And what about her boyfriend?

This is one my best works that I've done.

"Hey Kate!" A very annoying and familiar voice spoke softly beside me.

Since when did he come here?

I raised an eyebrow, "Why are you here?"

Eric smiled, "'Cause you're here."

He's going to ruin everything if we're discovered! I cannot let this lunatic ruin my plans!

"Go away!" I pushed him.

"Why are you doing this?" he asked in dismay.

I did not respond. He has no right to know.

And why is he so dismayed?

"You know the whole truth. You'll end up breaking their hearts," he added.

"I know better, it all goes as I please," I retorted.

And how does he know that?

Is he spying on me?

I cannot let his little tactics ruin my play. I control everything and I know what's best.

"No you don't," he replied plainly.

Is he trying to pick up a fight with me?

With my power I can ruin this man anytime want.

I turned to face him, I saw his eyes blaze with confidence, I looked away, "Who do you think you are?"

Eric faced me, "I'm here to set you free," he looked at me with awe and pity, "They're not stringed Kate."

Why is he looking at me like that?

And its the string thing again!

"So? How can you say that?" I challenged him.

Eric blinked and looked at me as if I'd asked the most stupid question, I think I did, "I can see people's strings," he said.

"Oh great! Now that makes sense! So are you gonna tell me to that you're some guardian sent to defend the earth?" I asked sarcastically and I wore a smug grin.

His eyebrows creased in absolute confusion, "Huh?"

"Oh the heck with it!" I stood up, careful not to be seen and went off.

I'll just fix and continue this little play tomorrow.

I'll let those siblings enjoy their moment for now.

Now, I think I finally have an enemy in my career.

Eric Sanders, are you planning something to make me stop doing my little work?
