"I need you to break up with your boyfriend or I'll crush your father's business," I told her coldy as she stares at me wide-eye in disbelief.

But she knows I'm not joking at all. After all, I am the daughter of the most powerful couple in the business industry.

I can do as I please.

Tears began to form in her eyes, "What did I ever do to you? I love Terrence!" she began to cry.

How pathetic. Its the same thing over and over again. But they all end up doing what I want.

Gods spare me from the drama.

"So shall I take all your father's shares and put him in a scam?" I raised an eyebrow at her and grinned.

"My father is a good man!" she cried more and started to beg, "Please, please..."

I rolled my eyes, "Baby doll, if I felt sympathy for all of you in the first place would I bother talking to you here? Now, will you do it or not?" I stood up, I was growing impatient.

She sobbed and her shoulders fell, "I'll do it."

"Very good," I grinned and walked out of the café.

Perfect. I started doing my business again and I feel great!

Its already been five days, and I haven't come back to school. Might as well miss out the farewell program.

Its just some boring event where all students gather to cry and say 'goodbye' wherein in fact they'll see each other again.

Well except the graduates and to those who would transfer schools.

But still, its just a little bit over reacting. There's no good purpose into engaging one's self to that.

Besides, I'll still see all their bloody faces for the next school year.

One more school year and I'm off to college.

My phone rang and I answered it.

"Kate?" it was Luke.

"Yes?"

"Are you alright? You've been absent for almost two weeks!" he sounded worried.

Ugh. I really hate this when people pretend to care.

"Well I picked up right?" I mumbled.

Luke chuckled and then I heard another voice, "Kate! I'm really sorry! You can shout at me if you want!"

I sighed, "Tell Kurt I'm not mad."

"Hey she's not mad at you," Luke said over.

"Really? Thank God!" I heard Kurt said in glee.

"Oh and Luke, I won't be coming to school to finish it. I've cleared out all of my records. I'll see you guys for the next year," I added.

"WHAT?!---" before he could continue I ended the call and turned off my phone.

Now why did I even gave them my real number?

I started walking and after a few moments I was already walking in, in an isloated street.

"Hey Sherlin!" some female voice called out to me from behind.

And as I turned a man with a pocket knife charged at me.

I backed away in time but he managed to put a scratch on my cheek.

I prepared myself. It seems that there are five gangster looking guys ready to kill me.

I grinned.

The girl who appeared to call me was one of my 'clients' from before.

I guess she really held a grudge. That made me chuckle mentally.

"Thanks to you, everybody now thinks I'm a slut," she pointed furiously at me.

I smirked, "Oh please, all I told you to do is break his heart. I didn't tell you to go and hook up with his boy best friend."

I laughed and the gangsters also joined in but they immediately stopped when the girl stared daggers at them.

"Does the truth hurt baby doll?" I grinned smugly at her.

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! I want you to kill her! I'll triple your pay if I have to!" she shouted.

The five men grinned like dogs as they heard their little commission go higher.

They charged at me and I was about to show my mad fighting skills when a bunch of boys dashed out to my front.

Then they took the fight for me.

And they all started to swear, shout and fight.

It took me a while to realize that it was... "Luke?!" he winked at me as he started to join in as well.

It appears that he also brought his little group with him.

And since the other party was outnumbered the whole thing finished earlier.

They started cheering and laughing as they congratulate each other after the fight.

I will never understand men.

"What are you guys doing here?!" I asked angrily making them all shut up.

"So this is where you were loitering off to?" Luke smirked at me and I just glared at him.

"Its lunch break!" One shouted from behind.

One of them stepped out, " We were worried and we wanted to help looking for you because you helped us before, its the least we could do," He scratched the back of his neck, a little embarrassed.

Everybody in the group nodded in agreement.

I was silent for a moment and they all waited for my response.

I turned my back to them, "Go back to school, break's almost up."

"But pres! Please go back with us!" one insisted.

"He's right! You might get hurt this time!"

"It's not safe!"

And they all ranted on and on.

"I can handle myself alone perfectly well, so stop pestering me!" I shouted at them.

"A simple thank you would have sufficed," Luke inserted.

I was taken aback by his comment.

"C'mon Luke, looks like ms. President doesn't need thugs like us," one said bitterly.

My back was facing them but I could sense that they were all starting to leave.

Good riddance!

I started to do my thing again.

I'm meeting one last person today to complete my agenda.

I arrived at the meeting place ten minutes early bit my associate came in after five minutes.

"Early still." He retorted as he sat down.

I ignored his little comment, "Research on this guy for me. I'll pay on service and feasibility matters. It wont go lower than a hundred bucks."

My associate immediately left and then I was about to leave when something or someone caught me eye.

Amidst the busy crowd he was there, standing still.

Eric Sanders. He was standing there across me with his face looking as sad as ever.

Its as if he's looking past right my eyes.

Then I saw him shook his head gloomily.

I blinked and after a few passersby Eric was nowhere to be found.

Am I imagining things now?

I bet this is what they mean in 'caffeine side effects.'
