Ashton: groaning sleepily, you drag yourself out of your boyfriends bed and find one of his hoodies to pull over your head. After scouring the room for another couple of minutes, you find some pyjama bottoms you must've left here last time you stayed the night. You can hear Ashton's voice downstairs, meaning that he must've woken up before you and gone to get some food or something.
Still half asleep, you follow Ashton's voice, but stop when you hear your name. You peek into the kitchen and see him talking to Calum - who he shares the house with.
"I just... She's great, guys." Ashton says, and you can hear his smile in his voice. Your heart swells - he's talking about you.
"How long have you two been together now?" Calum asks, his voice slightly muffled.
"Nearly three months," Ashton tells him.
It's been the best three months of your life. Nothing and nobody makes you happier than Ashton does. You're completely and utterly devoted to him - you've never been this sure of your love for anyone before, but with Ashton it's different. He's the one. You're so in love with him - but you haven't told him yet.
"Have you told her that you love her yet?" Calum continues, making your breath catch in your throat. Maybe you shouldn't be listening in. But, you can't walk away now. You've heard too much.
"No," Ashton says, his voice a little sad.
"Do you?"
You hold your breath as you wait to hear Ashton's answer.
"Of course I do. I fell in love with her the second I met her."
You can't stay outside the door anymore, so you burst in. Both Calum and Ashton look slightly startled, both of the obviously wondering if you heard the conversation.
"Really?" You breathe, telling them all they needed to know. Calum grins and leaves the room, leaving you and Ashton staring at each other in silence.
Ashton looks nervous, but he walks to you and takes your hands into his shaking fingers.
"Of course I do," he whispers, biting his bottom lip anxiously.
Your heart is drumming loudly in your ears, but you've never heard anything clearer.
"Good," you whisper, "because I love you too."

Calum: angrily, you storm out of your bedroom and slam the door behind you. You really need to put some space between you and Calum right now - he's driving you mad.
You hear the door swing open from behind you and sigh frustratedly as you turn to find him in the doorway.
"Would you just leave me alone for five minutes?" You yell, turning away from him again. You need time to sort through your thoughts and calm down before you attempted to speak to him again. Right now you're too angry, and you know that he is too. Still, he thinks talking about it now will help things, while you know it will just make you more mad at each other.
This is the first fight you've had as a couple, and you're hating it. Things have been amazing with Calum, but you weren't foolish enough to think that you were never going to have a fight. You just weren't expecting it to be today.
"For fucks sake, [Y/N], just talk to me!" He shouts. Hearing his footsteps walking towards you, you rush into the bathroom and lock the door. He's quick to start hammering his fists against it, but you don't really care - you just want to be alone.
"Come on, [Y/N], open the door!" He demands, still trying to knock the door down with his fists alone.
"Why should I? Why should I even listen to you?" You snap back.
"Because these rumours you've read about are just rumours! They're not true!"
"Why should I believe you?"
"Because you should trust me! How could I do that to you? I never want to hurt you, [Y/N], I love you too much for that!"
You hear him gasp on the other side of the door. He clearly didn't want the first time he told you he loves you to happen like that.
Unlocking the door quickly, you pull it open to be met by Calum's shocked expression.
"You what?" You whisper, hardly breathing.
Calum blinks, gulps, and takes a deep breath.
"I love you, [Y/N]. I would never hurt you. I didn't want to tell you like this but it sort of slipped out. But it's true, okay? I love you." Calum's voice is soft now, and you automatically believe everything he's been saying. You press your lips to his hurriedly, showing him that he's forgiven.
"I love you too, Cal." You confess, earning a wide smile from Calum as he connects your lips once again.

Luke: the movie you and Luke are watching isn't even nearly finished - but you're still about to fall asleep. Luke is slowly stroking your hair, and you're cuddled into him, his soft breathing and warmth making you feel even drowsier.
"[Y/N]?" He mumbles, his soothing voice adding to your sleepiness.
"Mmm?" You murmur in response, hardly able to manage a full word.
"Are you tired?" He asks with a soft chuckle.
"Mmm," you repeat, allowing your eyes to flutter closed. You can hear Luke chuckling, but he doesn't say anything else.
Despite how tired you are, sleep doesn't come immediately. You're aware of Luke chuckling again when he notices your eyes are closed, and you're aware of him shifting slightly to make you more comfortable. You've never felt this relaxed or happy in your entire life.
Your eyes open slightly when he flicks the TV off, only to be met by the darkness of Luke's room. You've already got your pyjamas on, so you're ready to just pass out now and sleep until noon tomorrow. Still, sleep doesn't take over just yet. You move closer into Luke, your skin tingling when he wraps his arms round you and kisses the top of your head.
Being with Luke is amazing. It's full of cute moments like this, and he constantly makes you happy. He's your world, even though you haven't been together that long.
Luke releases a long sigh, and you smile to yourself. He's so cute.
It's been a while, but Luke isn't asleep yet. You can tell by his uneven breathing. But, you don't say anything. You're happy to just lay with him until sleep takes over both of you.
"I love you, [Y/N]," Luke says quietly, taking you completely by surprise.
"What?" You exclaim, sitting up in the bed and disrupting your comfort. Seconds ago you were ready to sleep, but right now you've never felt more awake.
"[Y/N]- I- uh- I thought you were asleep!" Luke stammers, and even in the dark you can see his flushed cheeks. "I- I'm- uh- if you're not-"
"Luke, I love you too." You interrupt him, hoping to calm his nerves.
"You- you do?" He says, sounding a little shocked. He's adorable.
You grin, "of course I do, you dork."

Michael: a sad sigh leaves Michael, and you frown in concern for what feels like the hundredth time tonight. He's been like this all night - he's barely touched the food on his plate, he's just poking around with his fork.
"Mike, please tell me what's wrong. I hate seeing you like this," you plead. Michael must hear the worry in your voice because he meets your eyes.
"Nothing," he sighs, "I didn't mean to worry you, I'm sorry."
Not willing to take that as an answer, you put your knife and fork down and move to his side of the table. You sit down next to him, take his hands in yours, and wait for him to meet your eyes. After a few painful minutes, he does.
"Mikey," you whisper, "you can tell me."
He must realise how worried you actually are, because he slowly starts to tell you about his awful day at the studio. You've only been dating a month or so, and this is the first time he's opened up to you about work.
You have a long conversation filled with Michael rambling and you reassuring him about his talents. When the conversation comes to a close, he really does seem a lot happier.
"Thank you, [Y/N]." He mumbles quietly as you're moving back to your side of the table.
"You don't need to thank me, Mikey. It's what I'm here for. You can talk to me about anything, and if you're ever sad I will always try to make you feel better."
He smiles softly and soon falls into deep concentration. You immediately worry that he's going to start having negative thoughts again, so in an attempt to make him laugh you grab a couple of cold fries off your plate and shove them up your nose.
"Look," you exclaim, a little too eagerly, "I'm a walrus or something."
Michael cracks up, and you're just happy that he's laughing.
"I think they're supposed to be teeth, [Y/N]." He chuckles. You blush, realising that he's right. Oh well, at least he's laughing.
"I just wanted to make you laugh," you grin, and his smile widens.
"I love you," he states, and your heart skips a beat. That's the first time he's told you that.
Michaels eyes widen as if he's just told a secret to the wrong person, and his cheeks flood with redness. You can't stop smiling.
"You... You do?" You ask in disbelief, your voice barely audible.
Michael nods, "I do."
Happiness floods through you, reaching every nerve ending in your body and filling every pore. You're practically beaming with joy.
"I love you too, Michael."
