Liam's POV-

"Hey Liam, I've heard you screaming the past few nights, you okay?" Niall asked, my eyes going wide. I tried to shake the feeling in my stomach, but it wouldn't go away. "I've-I've been having nightmares, really bad ones, and when I don't sleep I hallucinate." I admitted, putting my head in my hands. "I don't know what to do Niall, this is getting out of hand." "Have you thought about getting a therapist?" He asked. "Yeah, actually. I mean, there's this girl that sits next to me in History who's majoring in psychology and I feel like I could confide in her."

The guys gave me a weird look and I shrugged. "What? She's cute and she's not afraid of me so why not?" I argued, running a hand through my hair. "I guess that works, but if this gets any worse-" "Yes I know, if it gets any worse I have to go to big boy therapy and they're gonna lock me in the loony bin." I sat there for a minute, contemplating my options. I really didn't want a real therapist, I don't want someone up my ass all the time, I like having control. But I'm letting drugs control my life, so I guess I am a bit worse than I think.

Delilah had given me her number a couple days after class started, so I decided to text her

Hey Del, you wanna come to mine and study? My roomates are here, but they're cool people.

Sounds awesome, what's your address?

5623 Oak Lane Apartment 7 block C

Alright, I'll be there soon!

Be here or be square! :P

"Woah there, Liam's flirting!" Zayn whistled, messing up my hair. "Is out little Liam getting serious with a girl?" Niall teased, laughing at himself. "I'm older than you, idiot." I chuckled, pushing Niall over. We joked around until there was a faint knock on the door. I got up, walking towards the door as the knocks got louder. How many people did she bring with her?

I answered the door and there she was, accompanied by Harry and Lou. "Hey guys, come in!" I said, opening the door all the way so they could get through. "Oh, I forgot to tell you they were gonna be here." Zayn chuckled, gesturing to the guys. "It's all good. By the way, this is Del. Del, these are the guys." I smiled as she shook their hands, then we went to my room to study.

"So, what made you ask me to hang out?" She asked. "You're the only friend I have in that class, and I thought it would be cool for us to hang out." "Good answer, so tell me about you since all I know is that you're that cute tattoo covered kid that sits next to me in history." Woah, she called me cute. No one has ever called me that, other than my mom when I was little.

"Well, I've- uh, had my hardships through my high school years up until now, I actually just got my priorities straight." "What kinds of hardships?" Dammit, I should have been expecting a question of that sort to come up. "You'd probably run out of here and never speak to me again if I told you.." I shook my head, looking at the ground. God, I felt like I was back to being an awkward sixth grader. "I won't judge you for anything. You can't judge someone by their past, right? I mean, if you don't wanna tell me, that's okay." "No- uh, it's a long story but if you want to know I'll tell you." "I've got all night, especially for someone like you."
