Kyra's POV

The Next Day

Kyra's Outfit:

Putting my hair up in a high ponytail, I started to do some pull ups all the way to 500.

After that, I went on the ground and started to do some push ups.

I got up and saw Derek he said, "What the hell are you doing?"

"What does it look like I'm doing?" I asked sarcastically as I walked to the bench and started to do some bench press

Derek said, "Stalling yourself or is it distracting yourself from seeing or talking about Stiles?"

"You think you know me so well, huh, Derek?" I asked

Derek replied, "I think so."

"Oh, really?" I asked then Derek came starting to hold down the bar then I said, "Derek, what the hell are you doing?"

"This is how I know you so well." Derek said

I replied, "How so?"

Derek said, "Because when we were kids, you crack under pressure. When you feel like you can't handle it, you give up."

"Does it look like I'm giving up?" I asked holding up the bar a little more away from my upper chest

"No, it looks like you're avoiding what's really going on. Avoiding the topic." Derek said

"I don't know what you're talking about." I said as he was still holding down the bar

Derek replied, "Avoiding to talk about your problems. Avoiding to talk to me about what's going on in your head."

I said, "Derek."

"Kyra." Derek replied.

I said as he finally lets go, "I don't want to talk about what I feel, Derek. Okay, all that I freaking know is that I'm losing. I'm not in that stamina that I used to be in before I came here. Before, I came back to Beacon Hills, I was the most deadliest thing out there. I would kill anyone who came my way trying to kill me. But now, I can't even kill a guy with a gun and his little pet. How can I protect everyone if I can't even protect myself?"
