Lily P.o.V
As school got busier I expected I would see less of my cousin and her Malfoy boyfriend, but no I was seeing more of them.
The more studying I did and the ore time I spent in the Library the more I saw them. So I tried to ignore and avoid them but of course that doesn't work and I just end up running into them, only twice literally though.
"Lily!" A heard a voice say, dash it! I thought, exactly the person, or people (seen as they are always together) I was hoping to avoid.
I turned on my heel,
"Malfoy!" I greeted him and then I noticed the anomaly, "and where's your red-headed girlfriend?" I asked, semi-suspiciously
"Oh" he looked surprised for a split second, "she's studying for the NEWT's" he answered
"Aren't you normally with her?" I asked, suddenly very inquisitive.
"Yes well.... Rose can sometimes be..." he began to very slowly mumble as though thinking through every single syllable,
"A bit over-bearing" I said bluntly, Scorpius stifled a laugh before I added as an afterthought "you know just sometimes" I looked down, blushing.
He laughed, a rich, full and golden laugh.
This made me blush more.
"I-" I started to say,
"Oh, Scorpius" I heard Rose Weasley call in a sing-song fashion, she was practically skipping round the corner,
Until she saw me.
"Lily" she said, completely shocked.
"Actually I was just leaving" I said before running to the Lake.
