"Scorp, we need to go" I shouted up the stairs while pulling my large suitcase behind me,
"Yes I'm coming" he shouts back coming down the stairs carrying his bag over his shoulder with his arms wrapped around a three year old boy who was gurgling.
"Pass him here" I say putting my bags down and holding my arms out. "Hello" I tell the toddler. Scorpius kisses the top of my head and goes to take the bags to the car.
"James better be here soon to pick his son up" he says, I laugh softly and head outside. As I stand on the steps to my house I watch Scorpius put our bags into the car and I see James in his Range Rover pull up.
He jumps out of the car, says hi to Scorpius and run up to meet me.
"Sorry I'm late" he says taking his son out of my arms.
"It's fine James, he's so easy to look after" I say.
"Yes well I'll see you at the hotel" he says kissing my cheek and leaving. I turned back into the house smiling. I picked up my messenger bag and left the house, locking it on my way.
"Ready?" He asks me standing by my side. I lace my fingers in his,
"Always"
