Chapter twenty two

"Come on, if he sees them he'll freak." Jack said as I nodded. "Guys stay here please." I said as they huffed but nodded.
I followed jack to a little stream, "We found this when we were looking for you." Jack said as I sighed. "I'm gonna hide, let's just call it a surprise for him?" I smiled softly as jack chuckled. I hid behind a tree and waited while jack leaned against another tree.
A few minutes passed and I heard someone jumping the trees. I saw a figure land on the ground in front of Jack, he had a hood and a mask similar to a gas mask but only had one eye showing. "What's up?" Kyles voice was deeper than I remembered. "We have a little surprise." Jack said as I gulped. "We? Who is we?" Kyle asked. I walked slowly from the tree and went a little further from him. "Me." I nervously muttered making him jump. He turned to me and I could imagine him crying, just like when I saw him a few days before. "Y/n?" Kyle asked as I nodded. He ran fast, he grabbed my shoulders and pulled me into a hug. I hugged back, it had been while since I hugged him. "We thought we lost you. " Kyle whispered as I tightened the hug. " I need to tell you something." I pulled away  "What's wrong?" He asked. jack came to my side and grabbed my hand. Kyle gave us a frown and a confused hmph. "I work for slender and I know you two work for Zalgo." I said making Kyle tense. "Is that why you left? He threatened to kill us didn't he? " Kyle asked as I nodded. "But ....We can be together now." Jack said as I smiled. "You should work for slender or one of his brothers." I said smiling, excitement building. "We....kinda like Zalgo." Jack said rubbing the back of his neck. "What?" I asked. "Yeah he is kinda fun, he isn't that bad." Kyle said as I thought I would faint. I leaned against a tree and smiled, it was the same thing as me liking slender mansion. "Alright but we have to visit each other " I said as they nodded and smiled.
