A/N: Flashback in Italics. Enjoy ;)

"You told her she wouldn't get drunk," Normani says as we observe Camila giggling from the opposite side of the room. We have just made our way back inside from the balcony and immediately came face to face with the sight.

I offered her a shrug as the smiling woman struggled to stand from the couch

"Who knew she'd be such a lightweight?"  I said

Normani chuckled and shook her head "She had never drank before Lauren," she says "She had zero tolerance what did you expect?"

A chuckle escaped my lips as I watched Camila stumble her way towards us.

"Hiiii" she said in a sing-song manner.

Normani was trying her best to keep a serious expression but failed as soon as Camila wrapped her arms around my torso embracing me in a tight hug

"I missed you," she said with her head buried in my chest.  I smiled as I wrapped my arms around her and looked at Normani who was offering me a disapproving look.

"You did?" I asked as if talking to a child "But I was here the whole time" I mentioned

She took a step back shaking her head furiously making her hair fall into her face

"Nooo," she emphasized "You were over there," she said pointing to the couch "And then I turn around and I lost you"

Camila usually has no problem keeping herself together, allowing only what is necessary for conversation escape her lips. This is definitely new for me since it seems that after a glass and a half of wine her filter has disappeared.

I'd be lying if I said this wasn't something I wanted to take advantage of

"You like me that much that you couldn't spend a minute without me, huh?" I ask with a smirk.

Camila's cheeks turn red as she smiles, but before saying anything Normani cuts in

"Okay," she says "I'm not letting you do this to the poor girl"

With that, she grabs Camila by her forearm leading her to the kitchen, leaving me baffled and in need of an answer.

"Unbelievable," I mumble to myself as I make my way over to Dinah who was on her laptop

Once I sit down, we both glanced over to the kitchen where Normani was offering Camila a bottle of water to sober her up

"She's cute," Dinah says bringing her eyes back to her laptop as she scrolls through Tumblr.

The smile that climbs onto my lips is inevitable as I nod "She sure is"

Dinah scoffs "I was talking about my girl," she says "I don't know who the fuck you talking about"

I chuckle and shake my head offering her a playful nudge which makes her look up from her device

"Nah," she says "Camila is too, though"

Dinah is not usually one to give her approval until the third or fourth time of hanging out with someone, at least. So I am pleasantly surprised at the comment

"Don't fuck it up," she adds, though I chose to ignore the comment.

We fell silent as she returned to her Tumblr and my eyes remained fixed on the intoxicated brunette in the kitchen. My mind wanders to the conversation we had in the tree house not so long ago and her implications of her many secrets. I'd be lying to say that I wasn't curious about what they would be but all in due time.
