It's been about a week and man has it been crazy busy exams week gag me I haven't seen much of Emily lately except for a short conversation in class before pencil hits paper. But finally it's Friday a half day at that. I'm rolling down the hall when Emily bumps into me "Hey stranger!" She smiles brightly I bite my lip gently and run my fingers through my hair "Hey! How goes it?" she laughs "Busy busy busy." I nod in agreement "I feel." A long silence lingers for a bit and I get a bit nervous before she cuts in "Do you have plans for the break?" I shake my head "Nope just gonna stay home play games watch movies the usual." She smiles leaning on her hip slightly "Need a player 2?" I laugh "Sure hope you like RPGs." She looks down biting her lip and I laugh "Oh stop it's nothing special." she giggles "How's Saturday at say 6?" I nod "Sounds like a plan." She kisses my cheek and goes on to class I sit there for a sec a smile growing on my face as I roll on to class. I roll over to my desk pulling out my notes and starting my film essay. It wasn't too hard I've seen these movies a hundred times I could quote them. I fly through the essay and turn it in going back to my desk. My phone vibrates in my pocket and I check it
Emily Text "I can't wait for tomorrow."
I smile and text her back
"Me either see ya then."
The bell rings and I grab my bag and head out "FREEDOM!" Matt yells out before running over to me pushing me quickly down the sidewalk "Careful spongebob! CAREFUL SPONGEBOB!" I say as we hit a rock and I almost flip out of my chair he stops and we both laugh "David got you coffee didn't he?" He smirks "Nooooo." We give each other a look and say in unison "Yeeess." and we laugh hysterically we get on the bus "Did David leave?" Matt nods "He finished exams early and got permission." I make a fist "That bastard left me!" I laugh "Oh so I'm not good enough?!" He glares at me "Bitch you know you my number 1 hoe!" We laugh and he pats my back the bus makes a screech as we start our path home. Matt and I look at our phones showing each other memes and other funny pictures because that's friendship in 2016. We arrive at Matt's stop and he bro hugs me and gets off "Peace homie!" He flips me off and we laugh as he gets off

I text back
"It's like blue with black shingled roof. Why?"
