I am sitting at my house a knot in my throat with my phone open and a text from Emily reading
"Today's the day.."
Every time I look I feel sick to my stomach
What the hell am I gonna do just looking at the text hurts
You think she doesn't hurt too? You're not the only one in this.
I sigh and wipe my face
You're right you're right
I go to my bedroom grabbing clothes and getting dressed I hope she is okay it's been a few hours since the text and I elected to not respond probably a bad decision
"Probably."

I throw on my Ravenclaw varsity jacket and head to her place as fast as I can and I knock on the door .. no response I knock again...nothing I open the door and the house is empty and I feel my stomach start to turn as I go through the house room by room empty "What have I done?" I race back through doubting my eyes still nothing I feel the tears start to flow down my face as I slowly roll back towards the door and I hear someone clear their throats and I look up and she's standing right outside "You didn't think I'd leave without a goodbye did you?" She sniffles and I race over to her kissing her deeply and tears running down our cheeks I pull away softly "I'm so sorry I didn't know how to handle this I didn't know what do I was so scared please for-.." she puts her finger on my lips with a smile her eyes and cheeks red from the tears "But you came and that's all that matters." We both nod and I hold her hand shakily she holds it loosely before backing away "I'm sorry I..I have to go.." I shake my head sniffling and she nods "I'm sorry I have to.." she let's go of my hand and I watch as she walks down the side walk as her dad pulls up in a U-Haul truck and she waves holding back tears and I wave back putting on a fake smile as they drive off my phone vibrates and I wipes my eyes before picking it up
Emily Text
"I love you so much."
I text her back quickly
"I love you too."
She'll be back right?
If it's meant to be than I believe so
