She's my neighbor?! I didn't even know people moved in!

I get off the bus the lift going slowly I see Emily wave and I smile lightly and wave at her rolling over to her "So neighbors huh?" She says with a raised eyebrow I laugh running my fingers through my hair "Yeah I guess so." I look around "You wanna just go for a walk around the neighborhood well you walk at least." I laugh and she makes a quiet chuckle and nods lightly "Sure." I nod back and start rolling down the side walk and she follows along side me I point over to a long creek running out into a forest "Down there is where my friends and I hang out from time to time you always think you've seen it all then it surprises you." She giggles "We'll have to go down there sometime." I nod "Definitely." I roll on "Down the road is a gas station they know me well over there I go there all the time when I go out." She grabs my handle bar as we walk and I smile weirdly enough it was almost like holding my hand as we go on "There's a grocery store past that sometimes I go in there for a change of scenery in this secluded town." She smiles "I don't know I like it here there's little bits of beauty in all of this." I laugh "That wears of trust me. Anyway that's our little neighborhood it's not much but it's home." I look back at her with a smile "Wanna go in the woods show me around?" I nod "Sure. Why not?" She turns me around and we start heading back "So what made you move here?" She sighs lightly "My dad's work has us moving around a lot. But it keeps us going I guess." I look at her "What does he do?" She looks down at me "He works for a company that closes or moves businesses. He closed the last blockbuster video." My eyes widen "Wow that fossil? Really?" she nods with a laugh as we go down the hill following the creek into the woods I show her around point out a few distinct landmarks that we and my friends use as we go deeper the sun starts to go down stars starting to fill the sky. I smile looking up at them then I realize we've stopped I turn to look behind me and I see her looking up with a big smile I crawl out of my chair laying in the grass and pat the spot next to me she smiles down at me and lays down next to me "They're so bright here." She says softly "Never been outside of a city?" She shakes her head "Nope." I look over at her she looks so mesmerized and happy I smile really big those butterflies coming back like before and then I feel her hand drift to mine I don't react at first but she doesn't seem to mind then I take her hand intertwining our fingers
