-present time-

 The sound of the door closing echoed throughout the whole house, and all the built up anger that I had inside me began to spill before I could even control myself. 

Taehyung walked past me, and I glared at his back. 

"Stop right there." I say, and he stopped abruptly. 

"Just because we had to attend the Christmas event doesn't mean that you can home."

"Where else can I stay? Jungkook's? Jimin's? Namjoon's-"

"How about Sunbin's place?" I say, crossing my arms across my chest. "Oh what? Did you suddenly forget that you had another woman?"

He turned around, and faced me. 

"I'm too tired to be having this argument right now. It's late." 

"Didn't you say that you wanted to continue this afterwards? If you don't want to have this argument now... when do you think we will have it?" I glared at him.

"Why do you avoid it? Are you scared about the consequences-" 

"I'm not scared!" He says sternly. 

"Then why do you keep avoiding it?"

He sighs. "I said I was sorry alright? What else do you want me to do to get your trust back-" 

"You think it would be easy to earn my trust back like that?" I say as I snapped my fingers. "All of my trust for you disappeared as soon as I saw you and that whore hugging each other in the parking garage you bastard!" 

"I thought you w-were"

"You thought I was what? At the convenient store that night? I was... but it was after I saw what you two were doing. I was throwing the trash out, thinking that you were coming home late just because of your work! Thinking back... I should've thrown you out with the trash that night!"

He ran his hands though his hair in frustration, and turned around and continued to walk down the hallway, but I followed after him into the living room, not done with this just yet.

"What made you think that you could get away with having an affair with her?" I asked him. 

He sat down on the couch, holding his head between his hands. 

"I thought..." He says as he takes a deep breath. "I honestly thought that I could get away with it, and and I know that I was stupid for making that choice-" 

I sunk down to my knees. "So... you knew that I loved you so much... and trusted you so much... and that made you decide to cheat because you thought that I would never catch you?"
