I shift in my seat, trying to alleviate some of the aching. My wrists and bare ankles went numb a while ago the pain is now mostly in my shoulders. My wet clothes still clings to my skin, causing it to sting. I know that the scars from the chains holding me will be deep and will take a long time to heal. I listen for when Lily is entering, but a minute goes by causing Kyle to start grumbling and talking quietly to the demon at the door. I strain to hear, but only get fractions from their conversation on Kyle's side.

"...can't find...she cannot leave...ugh, let me find her." Kyle in Hunter's voice says angrily.

"It looks like our fun has been put on pause." Kyle tells me turning to look at me, now back to his normal appearance.

"Aw, that sucks! I was looking forward to our time together." He shoots me a sarcastic smile as he lets out a short mirthless laugh. When he turns back to the door, he yanks it open before exiting.

"Has anyone seen Lily?" I hear him yell before the door drowns out any more noise from the world that's outside my prison. I can get why he is so eager to get to Lily: he doesn't want her to leave, without being compelled, and tell anyone what's happening or where I am.

I wait until he has had time to get a distance away from the room, before I focus my attention on a way out of my predicament. I would stay to find out what Kyle wants with me, but I would much rather not endure anymore torture. I test the chain length to see how much slackness there is. I would be able to break the chain easily if I didn't have the IV liquid being pumped through my body. I assess how else I could break the chain. I've tried getting my hands from behind the chair, with no luck. Or have I? I've tried only one way. I move my torso to the left and forward so my chained hands are now in front of the back of the chair, the chain wrapped around the left back leg. Breathing heavily from the pain which has started back up in my wrists and ankles and the effort it took. I wrap my hands around the chain and thrust my whole body forwards, to try and break the chain against the leg of the chair. I'm pulled back violently. When I'm at my peak, I can usually break metal, so I should be able to break the chains. I wait a second, regaining my strength, but not too long because Kyle could be back any minute. I throw my whole body forwards again. I groan in frustration and do it repeatedly. With all my power I do another, bringing my legs forward against the pull of the chain. There's slight resistance before I go flying forwards off the chair, bringing the IV down with me with a clatter. Weak from all the effort, I lie on the floor trying to regain my breath. I'm away from the chair, but my hands and feet are still tied. It should be easier now they are not joined. Feeling awkward and grateful for the way Kyle tied me up, I grab the chain which is hanging loosely and start to unwind it from around my wrists. Finally my hands are free and I work to get my feet free. Even more worn out from the contact with the Demon's Torment, I weakly pull the IV out of my arm, knowing I will be grateful and stronger for it. I grip onto the floor, dragging myself closer to the wall for help up. I grip onto the dirty, rough wall, digging my fingers in to pull myself up. I put a foot flat on the ground, using my little strength left to stand up. I lean against the wall, feeling all the strength drain from my legs. I take deep breaths, needing my strength if I'm going to get far. I close my eyes, willing my body to fight off whatever drug is in my system faster. When I next open my eyes I feel stronger, and able to stand on my own. I push off from the wall, and try to teleport out of here. It doesn't work. I groan, I hate being weak. I walk quickly towards the door. I feel grateful to Kyle for taking my boots as I can move silently, but unhappy at the same time because they were one of my favorite pair of shoes. I rest my hand on the doorknob, pressing my ear against the door. I strain to listen to the area outside of the door, seeing if I have company. I don't hear anything, so I push down on the handle. It doesn't budge. I groan at myself for being so stupid that I would think it would be unlocked. I don't really want to draw attention to myself. I try and force the handle down, to break the lock but find my efforts are futile. I sigh, knowing that I have no choice but to draw attention to myself by kicking the door open. Stepping back, I prepare myself for the resistance I will get from demons on the other side. I would ideally wait until I have regained all my strength, but that is out of the question as Kyle is going to return very soon. I take one last deep breath before lifting my leg up and pushing it towards the door hard, causing it to fly open.

Here you go my little devils!

I hope you liked it. I actually tied myself up like Scar was, to see if what I was saying is possible. It is, although I must of looked crazy! ;)
