"So what's the result?" Raf asks.

The doctor looks at the test and says "it's positive"

"Congratulations and I assume you're the father" the doctor smiles and looks at Raf.

Raf looks at her, Cara smiles at Raf and nods "yes he is" she replies.

"So Mr Thompson will take it from here and I wish you good luck" the doctor replies.

"Thank you" Cara smiles.

They get up and leave the doctors surgery and Raf takes Cara home before heading back to his.
Lucky Amy isn't home so he isn't faced with a ton of questions.

Emily is at school and he knows she has dance straight after so he decides to go out and get Emily as her school day will end soon.

Once at the school he goes through the gates and is met by Fletch as his children attend the same school.

Raf smiles as Emily notices him and comes running over. "Daddy!" Emily smiles and hugs him.

"Hello sweet heart" he smiles as he takes her bag off her and carries it.
"Right ready for dance and when you're finished we can have McDonald's" he smiles.

"Yey" she smiles.

He gets her in the car and takes her to the community centre, Emily runs inside and Raf waits in the car for her.

After dance Raf takes her to McDonald's, "Daddy I want nuggets" Emily says as he helps her out the car.

"Okay darling" Raf smiles.

"Can I have some of that fizzy stuff that mummy never lets me have?" She asks.

"No sorry darling" he smiles.

"Why?" She sighs.

"You can have a little bit of mine" Raf smiles.

He orders the food and when he gets it he goes and sits down with Emily, Emily sits down and fidgets around

"What's up sweetie?" He asks.

"Nothing" she replies.

Raf smiles at her and lets her have a sip of his drink. "It's nice" she giggles, he smiles and kisses her cheek.

"Can you read me a story tonight?" She asks.

"Of course darling" Raf smiles.

"Where is your friend?" She asks.

"What friend?"Raf asks.

"The nice lady" she says.

"Cara?" Raf asks.
Emily nods and eats the last of her chips, "I think she's at home" Raf smiles

"She's really nice, I like her" Emily smiles.

Raf smiles and says "yes she is very nice."

Emily smiles and finishes her dinner. Once she's finished Raf takes her home,  As they get out of the car Amy comes to the door and Raf gives her a small smile.

"Where the hell have you been for the last 24hours and what gives you the right to take my daughter from school?" Amy says.

"Not in front of Emily" Raf says.

"Get to your room and get ready for bed" Amy says to Emily, Emily goes upstairs and waits for Raf to come up to her.

"So where the fuck were you?" Amy asked in a raised harsh tone.

"I stopped at a friends" Raf says.

"Which friend?" She asks.

"Jon a mate, works at St James'" he smiles as he walks in and goes to the kitchen.

"I'm going up to Emily" he says.

"Whatever" she huffs.

Raf goes up to Emily with a cup of water for her, "hey sweetie" he smiles as he walks into her room.

She jumps off the bed and run over to him and hugging him tightly. "Story daddy" she smiles.

"Go get one then" he smiles.

She grabs a book and gets into her bed and passes the book to Raf. Raf smiles and sits by her before reading the book.

"I like this book daddy" She smiles.

Raf smiles at her and carries on reading the book to her, She then slowly drifts off to sleep.

Once she's asleep Raf kisses her head and whispers "night night I love you" He then puts the book away and heads downstairs
