"Can I have a hold?" Morven asks.

Cara nods "sure I think he's going to need a clean nappy on it a bit" Cara says.

Morven picks him up, "Oh my gosh he's light weight... how heavy did you say he is" Morven asks.

"He's 7 pounds, 8oz" Cara smiles.

"What a beauty" Morven smiles.

"Oh I know" Cara smiles.

"He reminds me of someone, but I can't think who" Morven says.

"Really?" Cara says a little worried.

"Yeah" she smiles as Lewis takes hold of her finger. "I just can't think who" Morven says

"Me?" Cara laughs nervously, Morven shakes her head. Cara looks at Lewis, "sure?" She asks.

"Yeah" Morven says.

"Anyway he's a stunner" Morven smiles as she rocks Lewis.

Cara smiles at her, Cara takes Lewis back as he starts to cry, "he needs a feed" Morven laughs.

Cara nods and smiles, Cara moves her top up and Morven looks away, "oh breast feeding him then" Morven says.

"Yeah" Cara says.

"It's good that you've chosen that, how long you going to do it for?" She asks.

"Possibly until he's five months old" Cara replies.

"Sounds nice" Morven smiles.

"It's painful, he's already bruised me" Cara smiles as she looks down at Lewis who is feeding and smiles.

"Ouch" Morven says.

Cara just smiles and admires Lewis, "He really is beautiful" Morven smiles.

"He is just like his dad" she sighs.

"Erm Caz can I ask you something?" Morven questions.

Cara nods and continues to admire Lewis, "When you were in labour you said, erm that you wanted Raf, why did you want him?" Morven asks

"Did I?" Cara says awkwardly and Morven nods.

Morven thinks to herself for a bit, "oh Cara you would of got pregnant in the September last year, and you were away for a month with Raf and Jasmine weren't you?" She says.
Cara stays silent, "So whoever the father is would of been at that conference" she adds.

Cara still doesn't say anything, "Cara?" Morven says.

Cara looks at her, "I'm very tried you may have to leave soon" Cara says.

Morven continues to stare at Lewis until it clicks "oh my god Cara..." Morven says in shock.

"What?" Cara says and looks at Morven.

"He's Raf's isn't he?" Morven says.

"Please don't tell anyone" Cara mumbles as a few tears fall down her face.

"Oh my god Cara! He's a married man... he's got a wife and a kid" she says.

"Yes I know that, I don't need to be reminded" Cara says.

"Sorry" Morven says.

"Does Raf know?" Morven asks as finishes feeding Lewis and Cara nods.

"What did he say?" She asks.

"I can't remember" Cara says.

"Does he want to be involved with Lewis?" She asks.

"I think so " Cara says.

"Lewis Di Lucca" Morven smiles.

"No Lewis Martinez" Cara replies.

"Either way it sound like a beautiful name" Morven smiles.

"I want his middle name to be after his dad" Cara says.

"What's Lewis's middle name then?" Morven questions.

"It's Either gonna be Raffaello or Rafferty" she smiles and Morven smiles.

"So will Raf help with him or not... does Amy know?" Morven says.

"I don't know and no" she says

"Oh Cara" Morven sighs, Cara starts to cry a little

She hugs her from the side and tries to comfort her as much as possible. Cara's phone buzzes so Morven passes her it

"It's Raf... he says he's getting the next plane back to holby" Cara says. Morven smiles slightly, "He shouldn't do this, this is his career on the line" she adds.

"It shows he cares Caz" Morven says.

Cara lies Lewis back in the cot and sits on the edge of the bed. Morven gives her a smile and "says I better get going."

Cara hugs her and thanks her for everything today, Morven smiles and promises she won't tell any one that rafs the father.

Once she has left Cara decides to get some sleep and Lewis is currently sleeping.

A few hours later
She wakes to her phone buzzing and Raf is trying to call her but she ignores it as she's really tired.

She soon falls back asleep, A few times in the night she wakes and sorts Lewis out.

In the morning she is woke by Lewis at around 6:30 and just decides to stay up, She sits there quietly with Lewis lay in between her legs on the bed.

She watches him and takes a photo on her phone, She sends the photo to her mum 'I know you never reply to my messages but here's your grandson born yesterday evening' she sends.

After a few minutes Lewis starts to cry, So Cara feeds him again and sits there watching him. A few minutes later a nurse comes over to her "Miss Martinez, I know it's early but you've got a visitor" she says.

"Okay" Cara says thinking its probably Morven or someone like that.

She tells the nurse to send them in and the nurse walks off and lets the visitor in.

Cara continues to watch Lewis feed and then hears a familiar voice "hello you"

She looks up...
