Pagkatapos naming kumain, agad kaming sumakay ng jeep papuntang Meitan Montessori School. It took us five minutes to get there.

Kian commented habang naglalakad kami.

We told her na bibisita lang kami sa cliff but she didn't let us.

"I am so sorry but the cliff is somewhat.... loses it's beauty." she said in a sad tone.

"We know, Ma'am. But Kian wants to see it." I replied.

"Kian? You mean, Kian Dela Rosa?"

Kian went forward by moving the wheels of his wheelchair. She was surprised when she saw him.

"We still hope that the cliff will help you. I will let you guys enter." she said and we thanked her as we go.

We passed the school gym.

"This place..." Kian said as he placed his hand on my shoulder.

I can't believe na buhay pa ito." he said as he stood up on his wheelchair and gave me a backhug.

And we looked above. I asked.

Actually that's MY shuttlecock!" he said.

"When I was in Grade Six, every I miss you, I always look at that shuttlecock."

"Really, Elnor? How frequent?"

I counted my fingers. "Uhhh, during recess time, maybe?"

After ng konting chikahan, nakarating na kami ng cliff where the others are waiting. The skies turned to shades of red, orange, and yellow.

The six of us enjoyed our stay, lalong-lalo na si Kian.

"You know, Elnor. When I was in fifth grade I used to stay here to wait for my service or after training to watch the sunset. I am glad that I witnessed it once again" he said and I smiled.

"Naku, six ó seven na. Umuwi na tayo." Sir Cris said.

We carry our things and we are about to leave. Kian stood up from his wheelchair and looked at the sky.

"Sige, Elnor. Ilagay mo muna yan sa gym. Susunod lang ako." he said urging me to leave.

"I can't leave you here."
