So the Winchesters don't hunt yet their mom did die in a fire. After a while of moving around they finally settled down somewhere after their Dad dies in a car crash.

Dean is a senior and Sammy is a freshman. They have been here for four years, and dean takes the new kid Castiel under his wing. (HAHa puns)

Long;

Sam and Dean were four years apart but Dean always made sure to say hi to his brother or hang out with him if he was alone. Half way through highscool Dean 'befriended' the outsider Crowley and they were frienimes. Dean took Cas under his wing and his half brother Gabriel hung out with Sammy. Their other friend Charlie who was a jr. with Kevin Tran always tried to hang out with Sam and Dean whenever they could as they were all in different grades. Benny was at a rival school to theirs to they always trashed talked while playing sports, yet he lived down the street from Bobby so him and Dean became close friends.
