Imagine:

Ned was the guy in the chair.
As Peter and Tony were working on some robot Peter was rambling to Tony about his friends at school. Tony heard 'Ned' and 'MJ' and some stories about them.

Then Peter moved on to his patrols and how Ned found out. Tony had to laugh because of course his best friend would catch him climbing on the ceiling with the suit.

Peter then mentioned always wanted a 'guy in the chair'. Peter suggest Friday was something like it just not in a chair.

Tony then asked a vague questioned about hacking the suit and Peter mumbled about guy in the chair. Confused Tony questioned him and Peter stuttered and got flustered, "Its Ned."

"Tell him it was impressive but don't cross Iron Man."

"Mr.Star-"

Tony was smiling because he was mostly kidding before, "You can bring the guy in the chair to the tower next weekend."
